What can clearly be seen in this video: This rear derailleur is junk it seems as its cracked where the mounting bolt goes trough. But you can't adjust the clutch this was not mentioned. You need to take the shifter off to change the wire. The shifting housing gets damaged easily it seems.
Sram SX with my Trek Roscoe - abused as hell - zero issues. Millage on first cassette is 5000 km, just changed the first chain recently.... Absolute beats in compare of Deore...

The cable pulley wheel is riveted on the lower end eagles otherwise you can remove it when installing the cable, like on X0 and XX1.
Ain’t no one got time for that. Simple bend in the cable and she’s right.
