    In this video, we will learn how to make ethanol i.e. alcohol by using mango This experiment is not try to home visit You may be harmed by something.

    1 .500g sugar
    2. 2ltr water
    3. 1glass jar 3kg
    4. 1spoon dry active yeast
    5. Mix ingredients ( Cardamom)( 4pises) (clove 4pises ) (Alum in very smol amount) (amoniam cloraid little bit) (Cinnamon) (Almond 20g) optional (Cashew 20g) Optional Raisins 50g)
    How to make Alcohol at Home (Ethanol)
    WARNING: Depending on where you live, making or distilling alcohol can be illegal without the proper permits or licenses.
    Note: For a sugar wash, you probably don't need to sterilize anything. Just wash it with soap and water. The presence of other microbes can alter the taste if you plan to drink it.
    This is a very basic way that you can make your own DRINKABLE ethanol at home. The main premise of this video is to show just how simple and easy it is to ferment your own alcohol. In a future video, I will try to dispel some myths regarding homebrewing, such as the exaggerated risk of methanol poisoning. I will also demonstrate how easy and safe it can be to distill your own ethanol from the wash that you produce.
    In this video, I prepare a sugar wash (fermentation of sugar only). The process is similar to the preparation of wine or beer, but uses pure table sugar instead of a variety of different sugars, fruits or other additives. Also, more yeast is used in order to speed things up a little.
    The final product should be ready in a week or two. If you want to drink it, you can. Just clear it first using a clearing solution and clean the taste up using activated carbon. It still won't taste very good though.
    NOTE: Be aware that there are some things that when added might be dangerous. So, please, if you decide to add something to the fermentation, please verify beforehand that it is safe.

      Copper pipe is needed for distilling because you don't want plastic in alcohol. Alcohol might eat plastic. If you want to go to trouble and some expense use copper or stainless steel pipe. Copper easy to bend slowly into shape. 1/4 or 3/8 inch new refrigeration grade is clean and easy to bend.😊

    एक बात पुछनी थी.. जब मै दारू बनाता हु तब टेस्ट करने पे दारू बढीया तरह से निले रंग मे जलती है.. लेकीन जब बोतल मे भरके रखता हु और दो दीन बाद फीरसे टेस्ट करता हु तो बिलकुन नही जलती.. ऐसा क्यो ?

      Banane ka toh kuchh bhi bana sakte ho lekin taste sahi nhi aayega. Kuchh fruits ke saath dusre fruits ka combination jyada achha hota hai. Jaise grapes har fruits ke saath achha combination hota hai.
      25% grapes ke saath koi ek fruit chun lo, sahi banega. Combination galat hoga toh pi nhi paoge.

    100% ABV toh kabhi nhi banta aur peena bhi sahi nhi. Agar aap bread yeast use karte ho toh 10% hi wine banega. Distil karne par 40-50% hi banta hai. Triple distill karne se flavour bhi chala jayega aur vodka ban jayega. ABV 95-98% tak ho jata hai. Distilled water mila kar phir 42.8% ABV tak laya jata hai.

      @@ChandanKumar-kl6zq thodi der ke liye dhakkan band kar ke dekho. Agar dhakkan kholne se cold drink ki tarah fizz hota hai toh fermentation jaari hai. Nhi toh phir se yeast daal kar dekho dubara fermentation ho raha hai ki nhi. Jab tak fungus naa ho, tab tak wine ko fenkna nhi chahiye.

      Preservative rehta hai. Ferment nhi hoga. Bina preservative wala juice ka istemaal karo. Phir bhi original fruit ka taste jyada achha hota hai.
