I wish the color theme was just nighttime just like the haunting of verdansk. The reds and greens makes it look like stranger things instead of a halloween scary-esque vibe

Making this comment before watching. Verdansk zombies was so much better as in the early game you rarely ran into zombies and it was terrifying when you did. Killing a zombie actually counted towards you kill count. Final circle was a damned blood bath. Verdansk in the dark felt like an entirely different map. I didn’t feel vondel or Rebirth felt any different. The haunting should have been on big map.
It's literally like Verdansk Halloween, but he acts surprised lol. Same zombies on the plane where they shoot the zombie out the plan, same munitions box with teeth, same jump scares, etc. lol. And Tim acts so unexpectedly jump scared.
There should be an animation at the end for any teammates that are zombies if you win the game where you kill them because you can’t bring back any contagions. Or… Or…. Hear me out. Instead of the animation of all the team zipping up the rope to the helicopter. Any dead teammates are like ghosts superimposed in the clouds looking down upon the last living member.
The way the haunting vibes are brought back is just awesome! It really makes me feel all nostalgic about Verdansk. Can't wait to see how the jumpscares play out! 🔮👻
I remember there was an infestation mode that when you turn into a zombie you stay one and your goal is to kill all the living. It was the best mode I had so much fun. Being a zombie was great chasing survivors and respawning by crawling out of the ground and being a survivor shooting hoards of zombies chasing you down until you got evacuated

This years haunting is straight garbage, was hoping for a big map with scares throughout, miss the old verdansk haunting. They still have time to fix it and add to the big map before Halloween, otherwise I’m jumping ship
lol Just tell the Devs of CoD to unstick the controller auto aim and make controller player fight recoil and aim on their own or get rid of cross platform. Can't fight against someone that "legally hacks" and doesn't have to aim and lets the CPU do it for them.
