Well, I have the tx3-200-4u model, they are asking me that now the intercom has the camera and that I make a video call to each resident. If I buy the IP module and camera, can I do that? Thks
So, when you talk to tech Support they reference you to this video where they talk absolutely nothing about the ROUTER needed to add an IP address to the module. Does any one else know how to add the static address?
I have the fix for this: 1 - Disconnect from panel, click the network tab, set PC connection to TCP/IP 2 - Make sure dipswitch 8 is switched down to allow for DHCP 3 - Click the Tools Tab > IP Change Tool > Make a note the IP address of the panel on the far right of the window. This should be assigned by DHCP 4 - Close window and select Panel 1 > Insert IP address you just made note of. Press the Test Connection button to ensure connection 5 - Select any subsequent panels and make the Master Node = Panel 1 6 - Connect to panel to make sure there are no connection errors 7 - Set dipswitch 8 to the up position to maintain the Static IP Good luck, Godspeed
Hello dear, excellent video, could you help me with a problem that I have with the TX3 intercom, install a TX3 IP card to manage it through the ethernet port and therefore by IP to the equipment, the problem is that the motherboard does not recognize the card TX IP, I connect with the PC via USB to the TX3, in the management system of the TX3 it is observed that it does not recognize the IP card, can you help me with some idea of what the problem could be, thank you very much.

All this work to assign the panel a static IP? I’m guessing most techs aren’t doing this because these Mircom’s are set to DHCP by default.😊
um no, your video did no such thing. WHERE do u actually assign the IP address to the panel

Thanks for the uninformative video... (Insert sarcastic tone)
Is this a joke? 😂
