  • Mark R. LePage knows the struggle of running an architecture practice. As the founder of EntreArchitect, Mark dedicates a lot of his time working with small to medium-size firms to help them develop the frameworks and systems they need to be profitable.
Over the years he's interviewed 100's of firm leaders and has grown the EntreArchitect community to over 6,000 members. Suffice to say, Mark knows what systems top firms are implementing to be successful.
In this episode, Mark and George Valdes talk about his journey starting Entrearchitect, his perspective on transparency and culture within architecture practice, and the areas of focus a firm can work on today to be profitable tomorrow.

Incredible, Robert and his team took the time to speak to me and brought to light several issues my team needs to address. I know that his team has the professional experience that i desperately need to grow my company in the right way. I cant wait for the next video, I am constantly looking for people and firms that are inline with my companies needs.
