    In the second month the forecast was 300 not 200

    In question period 2 have 300-Forecast and in answer it's 200 in forecast
    By this answer is becoming different.....

    Well this is the simple tabular method. Optimization is not there. The main aim is to reduce the cost for optimum planning but for that we need to do either DP or transportation or LPP.

    but there was a mistake from the second table instead of double 300from 2 and 3 period you you wrote double 200 from the 1 and 2 period

    he took the values wrong too.
    i highly suggest you don't watch this and please don't waste your time
