Ithink there is an error in problem after drawing network and assigning work stations. The total time of work station should be 1minute. Not 0.1min

good work but there was a mistake from the second table instead of double 300from 2 and 3 period you you wrote double 200 from the 1 and 2 period

Well this is the simple tabular method. Optimization is not there. The main aim is to reduce the cost for optimum planning but for that we need to do either DP or transportation or LPP.
