- I´m playing Love Street by The Doors. The authentic instruments I used in this video are a Vox Continental (1967) and a Fender Rhodes Piano Bass (1972).

Very nicely done. I do agree w/ someone who said earlier that Ray Manzarek played w/a bit darker feeling. It still is worth listening to . Because the Doors music was inter- dimensional.

Yes, in Finland have a lot of The Doors fans :) I am a 100% fan :) Our band also plays covers of Doors. I am a singer band called Nelly & Waikiki Kuks.

@trufiend138 Dunno how much he payed for his, but my fender rhodes piano bass is valued at like 1200-1600. Depends on the condition. I saw some vox continentals on ebay for roughly $1,600-$2,000 +. Depends on who's selling it.

True story: Back in 1988, I saw one of these Fender Bass pianos for sale at a music store in San Fernando for $300! The catch was that it had ONE bad key. I tried it out, and I walked away from it because of that. In hindsight, it probably could have been very easily fixed at a shop somewhere.

close to Manzarek...different feeling....Manzarek has darker or more mystique feeling...this one is open....
