The sleepless night ... totally me. I do subtraction by 3s, and then by 5s, until I stop reviewing the entire day that's gone by and fall asleep in the middle of worrying about the struggles of the day to come, in between shouting at myself in my head about the bills I have to pay and how I havent manifested my greatest potential and might never achieve it, yet, in the end, it all doesn't matter because I will ultimately cease to exist and all problems are actually meaningless. Yeah...sleepless nights and negative, circular rumination: Life is a Blast!!🎉😅 Party On❤

My comment is I am almost 67 years of age between age birth to age 17 I had no T.V. No phone no destruction
at all for 17 years of my life I grew up without very little tech stuff, I do think my parents own a record player but I was too young to use it until I got older plus living a farm life was much different than living in towns or cities, so I grew up very different than many people. at age 32 I bought my very first floppy dish computer it was 1989 year.
I had to buy books to figure out how to use it. But today I have windows 11 state of the art computer plus my parents remove me from school 3 months in the 8th grade so I had very little schooling. But I had a very strong desire to learn stuff, so I did I learn how to drive different types of vehicles, the many different computers my biggest challenge was the cell phone because I was not use to phones at all for many years. So, as someone 66 years 11 months on earth I found out I was capable of learning at any age. Thanks for these videos even if it is AI recording that is okay.

this seems a bit negative in reference to work. I do concrete construction, love it and still make time after work to workout, go outside and ride my bike. Aside from that, I feel it's balanced with social relationships and eating good food! There is always time for what you love and we aren't obligated to look at our phone/emails afterhours ;) just have fun and keep your head up. That's my lesson !!!!(>^.^)>

"Happy idiots" is such a toxic viewpoint, it's so unbelievably bad for you. If you're so smart then use your intelligence to figure out what makes you happy. You could lay out all of the tradgedies that have happened and will happen, convince people that every world power is connected under one individual who's involved in all the human trafficking, terrorism, is solely responsible for all the current wars and organized crime, and is also a member of a hostile alien race, and those "happy idiots" would still find a way to enjoy life. Not because they're stupid, but because they're emotionally intelligent. If you're gonna waste your life being sad all the time, you might as well waste it trying to be happy. It's no more of a mental battle than being sad all the time and thinking everyone who's happy is just stupid. I really mean this in a positive, advising way: get a grip.

An experiment anyone can perform, without any instruments of measurment, with an inevitable repeated result, is to TRY to remain silent, while TRYING to remain motionless, while TRYING to have no thoughts, while TRYING to remain awake, will always reslult in a state of sleep, even while TRYING to remain alert. Do you sleep, or does your perception of time exit your experience of life?

Knowledge is actually the root of all evil... Not money. You have to know about money for it to be evil so knowledge of money ergo knowledge...
