Never saw "Mirror." Admittedly, never even heard of it. Based on your review, I'll put it on my "must watch" list. Theologically speaking, the Holy Spirit is the manifested, shared love between the Father and the Son.
@@PaulTesta I will admit it's not for everyone but if you don't mind something a little more abstract and challenging it's worth a watch. Have you watched any Tarkovsky movies before? I meant it more in a literal sense and how each part of the trinity relates to their individual cinematic styles, but I get what you mean haha 😂
@gpkmovies8620 No, I've not seen any of his films. I'm not a huge arthouse film enthusiast, but I'm always willing to give something new a try. Do you have favorite Kubrick and Scorcese films? For me, Strangelove is my favorite Kubrick movie.
@@PaulTesta I'd say Solaris and maybe Ivan's Childhood are good movies to start with in his filmography. They're more conventional in terms of storytelling but still with his signature flair and imagery. Taxi Driver is my favorite Scorsese and 2001 is my favorite Kubrick. Though I love a lot of their movies. I've actually been meaning to rewatch Strangelove. It's a fantastic movie
@gpkmovies8620 "Strangelove" is probably the best film in the black comedy genre. Great cast. Sellers plays 3 different roles, including the titular role. Had a chance many years ago to see it on the big screen at a vintage movie thratre here in Florida with a good friend of mine.
@@PaulTesta Yeah I'd definitely agree. Omg really that's awesome, nothing like seeing one of your favourite movies on the big screen. I saw 2001: A Space Odyssey this year in the theatre. It was an incredible experience, I'll never forget

It’s a stream of consciousness movie. The easiest explanation.
@@АлексаМладић True. Though that description has been greeted by many a blank expression by my friends and family lol 🤣
