The wiki says it's a rare vivosaur found in tunnel #2 at the end of the digsite. However, I don't recommend looking for it there; rare vivosaurs can take an extremely long time to find. It can also be found in the post game at Coldfeet Glacier, which is how I would recommend you search for it. If you are going to use it during the main story, you'll have to be ready to search for probably several hours.
