      +ATHLEAN-X™ Thanks Jeff!....If that doesn't get a pump, I don't know what will.. Great routine.. It looked like biceps were going to explode during it. Jeff could you do a tough full body resistance band video focusing on good form.. Again a workout routine that is extremely challenging would be great :D

      ***** Maybe try foam rolling your Achilles tendon, after warming the muscle up (short jog)

      I was thinking along the lines of: if your ligaments are weak on outside of ankle, then keeping the achilies tendon in check is important, as if anything happens to it due to weak ligiments on the outside,, it could result in a bad injury...
      The light jog (without bouncing), should help huge for reoccurring sprains.. just my 2 cents..
      Tension in the achillies tendon causes all sorts of problems, even ones you'd least expect.. Im not an expert by any means, but used to suffer from regular sprains, there are exercises out there you can do to help strengthen outside ligaments of the ankle too,,
      but more often then not the sprain could be due from imbalancements from foot right up to torso..

      +ATHLEAN-X™ Jeff I'm not sure if you'd ever see this, but I have to thank you for being one of the very few no bs coaches on RUclips. I started watching your videos three weeks ago, starting from the 14 days shoulder workout, and I'm really seeing growth in my shoulders and arms although not too significant yet, but that is much more than I expected for three weeks time.
      I also like how you tell which exercises are less useful and efficient, which most coaches wouldn't even mention.
      Since I do not have too much time to go to the gym, and all I have in dorm is my 40lbs dumbbell, are you interesting in doing more dumbbell videos?

    I just finished ultimate arms and I just wanted to say thanks for the program. It was awesome. The program promises an inch on your arms, and I gained 1.5” I learned so much about various techniques and I will be applying them to my other workouts. If you are considering the AX programs, do it! These programs are the best out there.

    Hey, Jeff, if I'd criticize you for anything, I'd say that you are too generous. Thank you for all your insightful sports' science, and I know, respectfully, that if you spend money on your training systems, you'd get what you pay for. Thank you for giving us such valuable freebies to help poor gym rats and boost us out of our plateaus and/or ruts. :>)

    I will add this to the Beach Ready Bicep workout routine that I have been following (which has made my biceps bigger than they have ever been) and if I have anything left will keep in the fast curl band finisher to get the blood pumping into my biceps. Thanks coach!

    hey Jeff, so I was wondering how much exercise it to much. for example if you go to the gym in the morning and you get a good workout in, but later in the day you feel you can or want to work out the same muscles again, is that a good idea. if Friday is your bicep-tricep day, can you work them out twice in the same day?

    Hello, I am new to your channel but I admire your work and follow your advice. I have a question though. Your moto is to go to the gym, stimulate the muscle for growth and go out. So my general question for the finishers is: Would the finishers then be overtraining, as they come after we have finished our workout of that muscle group? Thank you

    Takes a while to master this finisher. I don't know why but my forearms burn almost more than my bicepts when doing this finisher!

      Bend your hands out pushing your wrist towards you, this limits your forearm intervention

    Jeff - AX member. Nearly 30 years into my lifting journey. I've found this "don't leave anything on the table" approach less than ideal when considering the macro. Complete failure, via finisher or otherwise, especially for the novice too often leads to debilitating DOMS and therefore less overall volume than alternative approaches. I have moved to intentionally leaving reps "on the table", feel better physically as result, and in turn hit each muscle group more frequently throughout the week, every week. Your educated thoughts and guidance on this approach?

    Jeff is one of my favorite fitness youtubers as his core exercises and in depth information regarding corrective exercises is second to none, but one thing I've noticed that's a bit against what he preaches: his arms are almost too big lol
    An athlete isn't gonna need that huge of arms or work on biceps like this as they're kind of a small, auxiliary muscle. I'd say more compound movements, lots of core, sprints, jumps, and I suppose pulling and pushing bodyweight curcuits occasionally. Obviously it's different for each person's goals, but idk just a thing that I've noticed and I'd like to hear people's opinions

    so are these ''finishers'' supposed to be done after the usual workout is done ? like for example can i do the sore in 6 for biceps then these or is it too heavy of a load to do so?

    i have done some bicep exercises you have suggested and i got a good shape
    but what i have is biceps that pop to the side but from the front view of the body they did not bulk out what can i do to get side bulk too plz tell me...

    OK. To all these people saying "bad form" "too heavy" who I'm sure don't have anything as close to a body like Jeff does.
    I'm sure his workout prior to this finisher was filled with exercises that involve needing great form. Jeff always talks about the importance of form on certain exercises. He was only going heavy because he was focusing on the ecentric part of the exercise just exactly as he did on going down from the chin up. I think just looking at his arms prove he's doing something right anyways :p
