  • Today I propose you a crazy bread! Homemade Arabic bread, delicious and very versatile because it can be eaten both as sweet and salty.
    It can be stored in hermetically sealed plastic bags for up to 3 days
    Good fun!

    Ingredients:
    • 290 ml of warm water
    • 3 g of dry yeast (or half a fresh cube)
    • 1 teaspoon of sugar
    • 500 g of type 0 flour
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 30 ml of olive oil (or seeds)
    •Method:
    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water, let it rest for 10 minutes, then add the flour, add the salt and oil and work the dough there, cover with tissue paper and let it rest for two hours. Knead the dough until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained, divide into eight parts, form balls and cover with tissue paper, roll out the ball with a thickness of 4-5 mm.
    Bake in a preheated convection oven at maximum temperature for 5 minutes.
    💡It is a typical bread of the Middle East countries, has Turkish origins, but very popular in Arab countries, in Europe and beyond. It is prepared with a mix of wheat flour.
