I love how in all the goodwill runs the Cap has done, we have never actually seen the inside of a goodwill outlet. Keeps the mystique of how tearable it is inside truly alive. Especially for those of us who live outside the US and/or those who have never been into one as well. Great little bit of lore I hope never changes.
The only time I was in a Goodwill Outlet was when my family went to Colorado Springs to attend a wedding a few years ago, shortly before the world collapsed at the turn of the decade. We got some surprisingly good finds, but I was certainly enlightened as to the dangers of such a place, and we subsequently used enough sanitizer to fill a shot glass.
Paint the rusted hammershot...maybe steamp punk paintjob. Also nice to see you have the BAR. Atleast I think the AUG is supposed to be the BAR. Kinda reminds me of the movie "diehard".
@@General_Stryfe Thank you mate. It´s nice to see people enjoy good music ;D Wonderful day to all those that enjoy Nerf or cats. To all the others, I don´t even care. But if you love Nerf or cats, you are awesome!
Nice haul! I'd love a hammershot and to get an 8 shot cylinder mod! Here in Grande Prairie Alberta we have one goodwill and one Value Village plus a Mission Thrift Store I just learned about, I frequently go to the Goodwill and sometimes the Value Village and last week I found my first Nerf scores, got a working 35 round Nerf drum with a decent spring for $5 at value Village, it came in a bag with 2 additional 6 round mags and a couple days later found a working Hyperfire WITH new D cell batteries for $3.50!!! I now have 3 battery operated blasters and of course bought Coolook IMR's, dummy batteries and dual battery cover hand screws from Out of Darts as well as four AA to D cell adapters fr4om E-bay... looking forward to delivery day! =D
I wasn't able to get the knockoff Stryfe's select fire board to function over 1S voltage. The "select fire" is terrible anyhow; it doesn't shoot X rounds per trigger pull, instead it works like a limiter. So if you set it to 3, it's just (very slow) full auto that shuts off after 3 darts. If you release the trigger after the first dart, the remaining two won't fire. I ripped everything out of mine and rewired it like a Rapidstrike. There's a spot at the back of the pusher for the third switch, but I think it's empty by default. N.B. We were able to fit a 3D printed Stryfe cage in with a bit of coaxing, I think it was the Kelly version.
I always tell people that the worst place to buy a nerf blaster is in a retail store, and it still holds true. To this date, I've bought: * a nemesis for $5 * a demolisher for like $10 * at least 4 hammershots * a sledge fire that someone shot fireworks out of * probably a stryfe from goodwills. I've bought: * idk the flare fortnite blasster? from big box stores.
Ave mon capitain. Great video as always. After alk these years following you, i am stil babouzzeld by the amound of Nerfs you have there in the Goodwil stores. Kinda jelous even, lol. Anyhoe... ty again and stay save out there.
How come all of the goodwills cap goes to are so big and packed and mine literally only has 1 small section for toys? I usually go to savers for my nerf needs
most of them are wired for a 18650 Li-ion battery "pack" (it's a single battery with a connector wired to it),so performance isn't great because it's only running off of 3.7v.

3:10 - I really thought you were going to say, "I'm going to inflict the very dregs of society on this goodwill outlet" 🤣
Always love the goodwill hunts!! It's what originally got me into the hobby
Same
If your running out of room you can always get another container and stack it on top of the first one.
Wow, that last store was packed! Cool seeing all the things and what states they are in.

One of my favorite things about this hobby is thinking of the project goal, materials and steps, then executing on that idea!
More pistols for bucket o' pistols :)

There’s some good stuff in your run the great treasure hunt! Thanks for the video.
First video of a Goodwill run in a long while that actually surprised me... The Cap'n didn't come home with a vehicle load of new storage bins, lol! 😂

Merry-time Foam!
A Bounty of Nerf, the likes I have never seen !
I bet you guys had a great time. 😄
The Fortnite one is an Epic/Legendary Burst AR. Well, that's only going off of the shell. The wrap...I have no clue. 😆
Alright another goodwill hunt

Because my Goodwills are in the SeaTac area.
why don't you get the valgun?
The Fortnite blaster is a S-BAR I think? I would have totally picked up that monorail if I was there...
Little help from a Canadian, but it's Maritime not Meritime 😜 gotta look out for our fellow Canadians!!
do those off brand stryfes take double AAs? i found one that takes libo's and am wondering if thats stock.

ANOTHER GOODWILL HUNT? YESSSSSSSSS, WHEN IS K26?
I saw a Master chief helmet.
Where? In one of the Goodwills?
3:46 It's I don't know which ones. but it's right next to a spider and front of 2 nerf guns
It hurts to see you turn down so many vulcans when I have 3-5 of eeerverything and no Vulcans
...yes, but that is why I don't get them. So people like you who don't have one can get them. ;)
