I want to say thank you for our tutorials!! They are always so easy for me to follow and i love that you try on as you go and say how it should fit because that is exactly the way i learn LOL i can never understand written tutorials but when you explain it i get it! You always have the cutest patterns too! Keep it up❤
I love this! Just finished a pair of gloves as my first project, will definetely try this one next. Thank you so much
so excited for this top, added my own touches & used a lot of camo yarn with black for contrast on sleeves love this video 🤍🙏🏻
Loved this one!!! ✨ cant wait for more vids
thank for this tut! I've been wanting to make a top like this :)
girl i love this top, def gonna try and make it this week!
your tutorials are my favorite ! i am just starting out and i did the tube part already no problem at all ❤️
I just finished mine and it looks amazing! Thanks
I love your videos so much! Can't wait to try doing this top!
Your nails are so cuteee!! ❤❤
thank u sm!! just finished it:)
You're so amazing and teach so well thank you soooo much
I love your tutorials! you are the best!
ahh thank you so much !!
Wish guys could wear this stuff, your tri-coloured top is so pretty 🥺
I just finished making this top about a month ago! I used about 300 grams of yarn and your tutorial was fabulous. the only part I had a few troubles with was decreasing the stitches on the second sleeve, but I figured it out pretty easily!!! super pretty top and even better tutorial 🥰
What size of needle?😊
Thank you so much It is a really nice tutorial I made one myself ❤
thank youu
Por Dios, TE AMO FLACA
Thank you❤
6 HOURS IN TOTAL? ive been making this for two days non stop and only on the first sleeve 😭
this is such a clear and useful tutorial!! thank u
yay! glad you enjoyed. my hook is a tulip etimo hook. they are my absolute fav ever but they are a bit pricey 😭
i love the pattern of your original cardigan! at which points did you switch colours to make this affect? x
For decreasing every 6th row, are you decreasing in the beginning and end of the row or are you alternating between the beginning and end like you did with the increases? 22:34
HI ! it's so pretty i want to ask after reaching row 37 if i want to keep increasing do i need to crochet 6 more row or do i increase at every row . Sorry for my bad english again thank you for your beautiful video.
what yarn did u use for the white/green/brown top? 💖
i have no clue how to double crochet and other videos aren't helpful so i'm gonna try making this with different stitches and if it doesn't work i'll just take it apart 😅
Hi!! I was wondering how many grams of yarn did you use? :)
hey there I couldn't understand how you crocheted after the increase in the arm piece there are an odd number of stitches so do you chain four as the beginning?
About how much yarn would you say you used?
hi! for the the last row of the tube, did you just finish it off with a slip stitch?
What should I measure on the person I am making it for
I love your tutorials what was the mm of the hook?🤍
Hiii !! So i’m using a smaller hook, how many rows would you say I should do as a pattern for the sleeves ? Like before increasing. I’m using a 3.0 mm
Do we still have to do the decreases between the sleeve and back portion if it fits?
This is so amazing!🤩 your tutorial is easy to understand and follow❤❤. How many grams of yarn do you use for this top?
i ended up using around 300g i think!
When I made this top the 42 foundation chain seemed way big around my wrist. My yarn is 4 sized and I followed the exact measurements. Is there a way to fix this without restarting?
if i wanted to make the shoulder part of the sleeve/ back part come in more how would i do that?
Is there a way to do this where the sleeves would be flared?
thank you for this tutorial! just wondering if there was a particular reason you chose to do the sleeves in a rectangle, then sewed it up after? would it work if i did it in a round instead? thank you :)
just because the bit that attaches to the back of the top is flat and not in a round, I'm not sure how you would go from crocheting in the round to a flat panel, I think its easier to crochet in a flat panel and then sew it up into a round.
Hey for the foundation DC in the beginning of the tube top part, do we have to do an even or odd stitch count for when we start the mesh part? Or does it matter? Thanks! I’m starting to work on it and am so excited! Thanks for sharing this tutorial 💘
an odd number! x
@@nikitanightingale I just saw your reply!! Thanks you love 💘💕
Hi! Would it be possible to make the tube top flat then slip stitch it together to make the circle at the end?
I hope that makes sense
yes that would work! i just wanted to do as little stitching as possible so i worked in a round 😋
Do the chain 2’s at the beginning count as a double crochet?
increase start: 11:40
increase end: 13:05
decrease end: 18:45
23:00
Hii ate how many yarn did u use Po?
is there a way to make the sleeves not go into the neck? like to have a more square like neck??
What size are you? So I'll know if I can simply match the stitches/ chains you use.
this may be a dumb question, but how do you put the top on? i feel like the hole at the bottom of the top doesn't expand enough to slide it over your head and shoulders. I'm making a top with a similar design to the body piece that you made and I'm worried i won't be able to get it on after I'm done crocheting it :(
you should be able to get it on over your head because the mesh portion is pretty stretchy! thats how i put it on :)
Do you turn the work every time you do a new row
About how long does this project take for a beginner? I really want to make this it looks so nice!
Did you decrease in the mesh???
What would happen if i forgot to turn my work during initial double crochet before the mesh stitch part? 😅
The Foundation chain bit confused me I don’t understand.
I thought the same thing
@@daisjaencinas1508 maybe she can do a short video on how to start it
I had the same problem, so you can just search up another video showing how to do it
@@destinyokeke5356 I didn’t think of that so thank you.
hey so sorry about that! if you dont know how to do a foundation chain you can totally start with a regular chain and then double crochet along that instead :)
I need to know do you make it a little small around your chest so it will stay up??
I just had a question with the increases, you showed two ways to increase which way are you supposed to increase
you should use both ways, so your first increase can be either one of the ways it doesnt matter, but then after the first increase, you'll want to do the other increase method for the second increase, and keep alternating :)
what does the back look like pleasee?
Idk what went wrong but i found the size of the bust increasing as I added more rows so i had to give up on the project eventually or ill just make it into a skirt💔😭
how much yarn did u use and what weight? also what size hook did u use? next time it would be helpful if u included this in ur pattern🤍
how much yarn did you use? :)
Roughly 300g
When you do a increase why do you only do it on one side? I’ve seen others do on both so I’m just curious thank you
i do it on one side personally because if you do it on both, when you come to sew the arms up, it becomes 2 increases in one row if that makes sense? which makes the sleeve kind of stick out where the increasing row is. thats just me personally tho haha!
Hey, which size of hook did you use it?
4mm xx
I really want to make this top, its such a great tutorial but roughly how much yarn is needed to make the whole thing? xx
i used roughly 300g, but might differ depending on size :)
Thanks so much! And also if I wanted to make it smaller how would I go about doing? Don’t worry if you arent sure it was a really great video I will be making this top very soon xxx
Hi! Do you turn the work after every row? I thought crocheting in the round meant to go around without turning
yes i turn my work after every round but i am working in a loop! usually crocheting in the round just means in loops? or so i thought, maybe i am wrong 😳
turning the work just makes the seam straight instead of slanted
Question: Can you just do a rectangle then attach it together for the top or do you have to make it the tube way? idk if that makes sense but can someone let me know
Yes you can do that as well you don’t have to work in a round :)
How does it not stretch out when u put it on
you can use cotton yarn
@@user-os7mu2tw5jdoes that not stretch?
@@juliesnoot2818 not nearly as much as acrylic
@@mariahhenderson1470just taught me something so if I’m using acrylic do less stitches
no but acrylic yarn will stretch@@juliesnoot2818
How much yarn does this take approx?
She said roughly 300g
Do the sleeves ever slip off?
nope they dont!! if your sleeves slip off then that means you should stitch it from the wrist higher up the sleeve (towards the armpit) so its tighter :)
What size hook did you use? :)
I think 4mm
I love your tutorials…but I don’t understand the part when you start increasing again, do you increase on both sides and then increase on the next row again? Mine doesn’t add up😅😂
Hope anyone sees this and can explain so I can continue 😊❤
where can I find a tutorial on finishing off the tube, it just keeps on going on and on 😂and
what tablet is that
its an ipad pro 12.9in x
Woahhh I don’t know what I did wrong but I chained 103 and it’s wayyy to big??
Same lol my boobs be poppin'. I used acrylic yarn and she uses cotton so stretch is possibly a big factor. When you do the tube foundation chain and try it on before you slip stitch it into a round, make sure you measure it stretched to meet and not simply held together if that makes sense

I love this top but the tutorial is super confusing for me, especially at the sleeve part. so I just ended up making my own sleeve because the pattern made 0 sense. Thank you for this amazing top idea tho!
Merhaba Türkçe altyazı ekleyebilirmisiniz lütfen
What’s your favorite yarn you’ve ever used?
i’d have to say the 4 seasons flinders yarn cause it is super versatile! you can use a 3.5 mm hook and make bikinis, or a 4/4.5mm hook and make crop tops, or double up and make sweaters!!
Love you girl but this tutorial is so confusing 😭
Which part? I’ve made two of these for me and my sis and they both turned out very pretty!
@@thunderstorm0826 Idk what went wrong but i found the size of the bust increasing as I added more rows so i had to give up on the project eventually or ill just make it into a skirt💔😭
@@heather_bts6066 I struggled a bit with bust sizing at first but 1. make sure you count your stitches and they are all the same number for each row 2. what I learnt from the first top I made is that you should make a foundation row that is really tight-fitting around that area because this stitch tends to stretch as you wear it. Also as tutorial says, keep trying it on as you go that is the key with this top 🫶🏻
@@thunderstorm0826 thank you ill try crocheting the top again later with your adviceeeee😁❤️
@@heather_bts6066 It also helps to remove a few inches from the foundation when working with these stitches so that it fits as a gets bigger because it does happen.
What yarn is this?
i’d say a worsted weight cotton yarn! there was no label on it :(((
Bom dia amiga você sucesso total parabéns 👏👏👏🇧🇷👍👍
