Interesting 👍🏻 but I’ve just watched an estate agents vid of a for sale flat in the block that has been regenerated !!! It’s a joke !!! New kitchen , bathroom , but no plaster on the walls , new windows and looks a bit prettier outside . Bare minimum for top dollar 👎🏻👎🏻 not impressed !
