5’9 and about 240. I usually wear XL but I get 2xl incase of shrinkage

Handwashing will be your best bet. Just make sure you don’t use extremely hot water to avoid shrinking it.

Not very thick. But it’s better than some of the other Cena hats with Velcro / Strap
Why is the velcro strap thinner than the adjustable hat? The fabric used is not the same??
