Plain Sailing: Team Dickson Waddilove 49er Sailors Prepare for Paris Olympics 2024

In 2022 Savills became proud sponsors of Team Dickson Waddilove, a 49er sailing duo of Seán Waddilove and Robert Dickson, as they began preparation to represent Ireland for another Olympic cycle following Tokyo 2020.
Over the course of our sponsorship, we saw first-hand the hard work, dedication and sheer determination put in by the pair in order to qualify for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024 - a feat they just secured last month.
Supported by Savills, a wide team of experts and their family and friends, and in the high-performance environment provided by Irish Sailing, this short documentary follows Robert and Seán amidst these preparations for a behind-the-scenes look of what it takes to succeed at the very highest level of sport, from their beginnings at Howth and Skerries Sailing Clubs to now two-time Olympians.
