We are finally back to 2018 again, the fundamentals matter, condition, desirability, price point against new, all are fully back in play, 25-30 % of dealers are going to have to relearn the KPI’s and focus on turn, dealers that put in the hard work finding merchandise that fall into these basics are thriving, the rest are scratching their heads, you must pay attention.
