    Now that’s a pond I would love to have mine would probably fit in the filter house (1500 gallons) lol. And a great idea using the slabs looking forward to an update video on this pond 👍

    nice set up when I was on the building sites doing ground work they just started to use something very similar on the floors instead on concrete base another great video tim

    Great build. I would love a pond like this but I would of done some waterfalls in it at one side with plants and rocks. A window would look good aswell down the side. This is just my option thou. Great work.

      Hi been waiting for some to mention a window, I have a simplistic view on windows, Koi have been breed to be viewed from above and don’t look as good side on and also I don’t think I could cope with all the cleaning a window would demand LOL

    I have noticed that the first drop was 9koi fish which japanese believe that it should be the highiest single number. Then you can drop any number next.

    glad it’s up and running now , we spoke on facebook while ago . i had my pond whipped by a otter on pen llyn .two years later i’m re stocked an have a electric fence 🙄😂 did you not consider drum and showers instead ? mines same ish 15x15x5 with drum and shower 👍🏻😎

    tim , do you know if fish holding tanks are available to rent over winter....preferably so i can keep fish in garage over winter while i redesign pond...cheers

      I don't know mate, see if you can get one of those swimming pools from Argos or Costco, they will do the job.

    would be nice to know where those coping stones came from, look nice and chunky, i need to get 600 x 300 coping stones, about 24 of them, any ideas where he got them ?

    Great video. I'm the proud owner of a whopping 60 gallon patio pond with two shubunkins lol. I've been enjoying the pond tour but you spend very little time on the actual fish. I'd be interested in knowing what type of koi each one is, the cost of the particular fish or rough cost for one of that type and age and all that stuff. Cheers

    Great way to build a pond, do you know how much it cost? Would be interesting know how much these wonderful ponds you visit cost to build. Another great video, keep safe and well.

      No point in having a window as from the house you wouldn’t get the effect. They will help but a few more needed

    Hey, am building a pond 30ft x 12ft x 3ft height
    I want to put an 8ft x 2ft window will 1/2 to 1/2 laminate temper glass safe to be used?
    this is the only option I have because the glass companies in my country only carry 1/2 glass or make it 2 windows 4ft x 2ft?

    Did you say the 130 air pump ran both nexus and the bottom drain air diffusers ? Wonder if i needed a 130 on just my nexus 🤔

    The pure plus states the UV's should be switch off for 12hrs?.. how come you dont switch them off in any of your vids?..

      2 x 110 uvs on 8000 gallons won’t make any difference to anything, on or off.

    Move the air pump off the wall.. it's an electrocution hazard if it falls in the pond!
    Other than that - lovely pond :)
