Hi Pam! I am using the reformer box that came with my reformer. It is from Balanced Body. They can be purchased separately from the reformer, but if you just want a box I would recommend going with a plyo box or bench which is much less expensive.
Hi Jess! I would love to know what app you use for your timer? It's so hard to find minimalist workout interval timers. Would also love to know if you will have any new Bala power ring beginner workouts in the near future? I'll work my way up to this workout. :)
Hi Teresa! My timer is called Seconds. I love it! I can set-up HIIT timers, Round timers, Compound timers, etc. It's easy to use! and Yes, I will get more Bala ring workouts together for you!
@@JessPFit Thank you!!! I just relocated to South America and so glad I bought a Bala ring. I'm just getting into using it and can't wait to do more workouts. Thanks again in advance for the new workouts. Hugs from Colombia.
@@JessPFit thank you so much Jess! I can’t wait. I started using the Seconds app you recommended and I am doing interval training with the Bala ring and my JumpSport trampoline. Sending you a hug from Colombia. Thank you for sharing your expertise and workouts.
Hi Alicia! That is my reformer box that came with my pilates reformer. You can purchase a reformer box through the Balanced Body affiliate link on my website at www.jesspfit.com/ ...if you go through the Balanced Body ad at the bottom of the webpage you will receive 5% off your purchase. That would happen at final checkout when you have already submitted payment. Here is the direct balanced body link to the sitting boxes www.pilates.com/store/equipment-accessories/accessories/sitting-box ...however, if you don't go through the ad on my page you will not receive the discount. These boxes are a quite expensive and if you just want it for workouts like this Bala Ring workout then I suggest using a workout bench, plyo box or chair which can all be easily found on Amazon.
It could be! but the Bala Power Ring is 10 lbs. If you want to do this workout with the Pilates Ring I would squeeze it to activate upper body and core! With the Bala ring it is a very leg/glute dominate workout! With the pilates ring it would become more core focused..which is never a bad thing!
So cool!
these are badass thank you Jess! xo
THANK YOU!!! I appreciate the comment!!
Hi! Using a Balance ring looks so fun!!! What box are you using? Thanks!
