    Just found your videos. I am a chef from Oregon but I still love listening to southern sounding cooks. I appreciate that when you take bites at the end, we can’t hear you lol. Most people smack and that drives me crazy. You do it so gracefully 😂

    Looks delicious and so easy. After I bread my chicken breasts, I put them on a wire racked baking sheet and bake them off. Then under the broiler, I put a sauté pan with tomato sauce topped with cheese. Wait till it's brown and bubbly and then quickly shimmy the pile of goodness onto the chicken breast that's been plated as desired (pasta or no pasta). ☺

    What do you marinade chicken breast to make juicy tender

    • @kathyssouthernkitchen302
      @kathyssouthernkitchen302  4 месяца назад +1

      I don’t use a marinade. The key is not to overcook it. Pounding it also tenderizes is❤️

    Hi Kathy, Looks great and fast, my mom had me over to cook chicken Parm, eggplant Parm, chicken picatta for an Italian dinner, she only bought thighs lol, had to debone and pound out, made the best chicken Parm and picatta with thighs, I'll stick to breast for picatta, but will never use breasts for chicken Parm again lol, was the best mistake mom ever made, other than me🫤 lol. That's easy clean up, I've used some of your tips in restaurant 🤫, tyvm tc

      @@kathyssouthernkitchen302 yea I was shocked 😆. Was a great mistake, they were bone in and skin, but easy to make boneless, prices now boneless thighs sometimes cheaper than breast, wings crazy prices, etc.. God bless America lol, no chef wants to work 12 hrs then cook for family, so your tips, recipes help a lot, tyvm
