This demo is a classic masterpiece it defines the quality the greatness and uniqueness of a band. This only shows The Doors short lived musicality was already etched stoned immaculate until the end
A very well stated comment by a true Doors fan.
Well, cancel my subscription to the ressuresection.
Благодарю канал за трансляциию первого альбома группы The Doors.
Before their first LP the Doors already had a Wealth of material in there pocket/Find tuned and spread amongst Future projects 🚪
They did so much stuff at The Matrix in March 67. That boot blew my mind when I first saw it. It was a triple of 2 sets I think and most of Strange Days was on it and some off WFTS too. Tremendous output at the beginning.
Greatest Band Ever Thanks for put this on air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Greeeetz from Saltcastle
Uma verdadeira raridade! Tem músicas que apareceriam somente no terceiro disco da banda. Um grande achado para fãs!
Jim - "I want a harmonica on every song"
Thanks !!🙏🎆 this is just what I needed ! 💜 my favourite band for 30 years.🌌🎆❤🌘
Very cool take on the old days of Jim and Ray just getting the poems and tunes down (like the story of doing Moonlight Drive while kneeling on the beach as just a chant, no tune yet). But no Robby at this point (or did they just forget to pick him up for the demo)???
This was way before they meet Rob and John, so the drums and bass was recorded by Ray’s brothers
@@gilobregon Shoot my bad, I meant Robby Krieger and John Densmore
Esto es increible!! Tienen una fuerza, ritmo, melodia y todo lo que esta bien en una banda de rock!
Doors was one of the greatest group
They did all good albums so thanks for this historic uploading...
My 2 favorite bands of 1960s.....The DOORS & Velvet Underground.....100% disabled veteran from this era....
Jefferson Airplane 🛩️ was also cool ...
@@julioalbertoherrera1339 Indeed....
This reveals a lot. The first Doors album we bought I remember Specifically had the Gold Medallion for recording quality- and you could hear it. Much thought was put into the engineering of the recording - unlike these demos of course.
pretty cool. Took a couple years to refine it all for the debut, but this raw stuff definitely got people in the feels.
Grear early stuff i never heard before. Obviously before Robbie joined up.
Thanks for sharing. 👍
Fabulous album, thank you, good time for you. "times and people".
Thanks for posting.
It seems they didn't attain their sound untill Jim Morrison started singing solo.
Una verdadera Joya. Muchas gracias por compartirla.
very cool - thank you - I think I might still have my doors CDs - gonna try to see if I can find em & dig em out of my collection
Moonlight Drive... The lyrics, somehow inspired by certain verses of Charles Baudelaire.
Yeah, he read Baudelaire
Sorprendente escuchar los inicios y saber cómo evolucionaron su estilo único.
Fabulous band, still my favourite and the best band in the world 🍀🏄☯️☮️🌍🎶☮️
🤸🍀🤸🎶 thanks ☯️🏄☯️
Later they found a guitarist. They never did find a bass player.
The bass was Ray's left hand
This was a great find for me today. I just heard the previously unreleased, "Paris Blues". It's a basic blues song, lyrics are boring, but Robbie and Ray are in full blues mode. Still, it's worth listening to.
Insane es proto punk psicodélico
Great album
Familiar songs sound unusual)
Earliest known recordings - a great find!
Did Robby Krieger take the pic?
Morrison heroe de la anarquia
So young, and green!
that first bit was King Crimson
Just think right after this recording, he was dead 6 years later. Beautiful talent gone from drugs and a hard lifestyle
SENSACIONAL!!!
"A litle game"
Cool
Why is your video title text so blurry, and with a line through it? It looks very bad in the suggestions feed
yes, i was 9 years old and IT was just at the beginning, lets Start over 😙
J'en avais sept et j'écoutes les Doors depuis 1973. 👍⛱️🎶🥂
Wow
this is good stuff,thanks mate
Cool song
Джим Моррисон, Джон Денсмор, Рэй Манзарек.( Робби Кригер нет )
Wow! Thanks!
I think that this a cover of the doors songs! It is very nice indeed but the vocals voice is not Jim and also the keybords do not sounds like Ray Manzarek style. Harmonica also is out of their style. But the result is a nice cover from a psychedelic group!
The 'keyboards' are actually a piano. Probably Ray did not have an organ yet. Note that Robbie was not in the band yet and of course the songs were not produced for a professional recording yet.
@@mnls0 your option make sense but I trust my ears, listening to the doors since 1975
@@lazarml1855 Maybe Jim did not sing yet as... he was not a singer and would be still very reluctant. As he was saying he felt as if he had a worm in his throat. For sure the guy that plays harmonica is Ray's brother. Also one of his brothers may have been singing. For me, what is not probable is all this being a cover. It is a draft form, not something that could come after the official record.
Super cool.
I think they should have stuck with the harmonica thing. Who needed Robby on guitar anyway? He just played weird things 😂😂😂
nice
who was the harp player in this?
😊🤍
Where is Robby?
Your inquiry is answered by a reply to the comment by Frank Hoeflich (above).
That harmonica is a tad annoying though
If "a tad" is the same size as a Gigantasaurus 🦕 -- then, I would have to agree.
(just a tad bit of exaggeration, you understand!)
Pure cool!! The doors are the greatest
