  • Marmalade Lane is the UK's largest cohousing project. Located in Orchard Park, Cambridge, it was developed by TOWN and designed by Mole Architects. The 42 houses and apartments are the result of a collaborative design process that involved the residents, developers and architects working together to produce a new community, with individual homes centred around communal space and shared facilities. The result is a housing development like no other, with a shared sense of achievement and belonging.
In this film, the designers, developers and residents reflect on the development of the scheme and their experience of cohousing.
