One of the biggest problems is combat sports are intense and require different kinds of physiotherapy to deal with most pressing injuries. Preventing them, like your tip with hokey tape to wrist is one part, but properly rehabing the injury and strenghtening so that the injury won't re-occur is another.

A lot of the time Foot/plantar Fascia issues have to do with ankle mobility and calf muscle like the soleus.

Plantar fasciitis person here. The soleus is an issue - try "cool guys" (Google it) and a padded barbell + calf raises (on a higher surface so you can drop your heel). The lacrosse ball is great, and you can also use a tennis ball and really smash your foot onto it, as well as "tracking" the tennis ball on particular areas of the foot. My acupuncturist has been fantastic help as well. 🥊

I have unfortunately had to stop kickboxing because I quickly get tears in my cornea when I train. In total this has happened 4 times, 1 time even a tear of 1 cm. Doctors don't know how it happens. It has even happened by getting into my eye with my own boxing glove (while holding my guard) Very unfortunate because after a few fights I had to quit my passion. Surprised ribs weren’t mentioned. Been in the game only about a year now and rib injuries, specifically to the costal cartilage between the ribs, have been my biggest nemesis. It really sucks because every time I spar that’s constantly in the back of mind. And they definitely take there time healing, 4 - 6 weeks (possibly even longer if it’s real bad) in my experience.

Dude same I watched this to see if it would show. Just got to a good point with my costo after like 4-5 weeks. Doing lat exercises actually helped to heal it exponentially. Pretty much all the pull down machines at the gym would be fine and according my physical therapist, would help strengthen that area enough to prevent injury in the future.

@@Justme-fo7fb the rehab and conditioning exercise could be effective only if your ligament of shoulder is not damaged, but when the shoulder dislocated many times it becomes impossible to fight again the only solution is to do the surgery coze the problem is not in muscles or joint the problem is in the ligament (labrum tear )
