The smacking sound of rocks hitting the bashplate are the soundtrack to my 390, that and the fans of course.
Awesome trail to ride.
Good times for sure!
I've got 24 rides up there in last 4 weeks go up early 4 or 5 am get done before to much heat . Been 3 roll overs this last week! Happy trails. Also i run the Pirelli mt 43 front and rear ,based in costa mesa!😊
Nice 👍 Let's get a ride in!
Kyle, this was great video, I would like to do this, can’t wait, waiting on my Honda 300 and place my deposit. Hope you show more of these videos
Awesome! Let's do it together when your bike comes in!!!
The resonance of the skid plate makes that little bike sounds like a massive diesel truck lol
I live not too far from here, it's cool to see some local places I could go!
Thanks for watching! Yeah, its pretty loud ;)
Is your website still up? Tried visiting today and couldn’t load the site
Yes Sir! www.Manybikes.biz
What a beautiful ride Kyle.
You were certainly putting the skid plate to look.
The local dealer tried very hard to get KTM to give them the file to add the new MTC to my bike, they would not. Some guys, (very few) have managed to have to updated, so try your local dealers! - Frank
Yes, the unlock is on my list of things to do. I really like this new skid!!! Only downside is that it is LOUD! I need to spray the inside with truck bed liner and use rubber / polyurethane washers.
@@manybikes If you find a dealer that can do the unlock, let everyone know.
There are a few folks on the FB group who have said they had it done in the USA, but none share the dealer...
My local dealer tried with support three times, hoping to get a KTM tech to do it. No success.
There is money to be made for a dealer that can get the update done! - Frank
Awesome video Kyle! Keep them coming!
Thanks! It was a good time.
Looks like a fun ride. That might make a nice little detour for me the next time I ride my Africa Twin from Sacramento to San Diego
Heck yeah!!!
Have you tried a 14t front cog to get more wheel lifting torque?
Yes, I am running the 14T right now. WAY better than the stock 15T but still not great when at 3/4 throttle.
Rabaconda for the win!!!!
Good luck! Thanks for your support!
Excellent ride video - been to the top of Saddleback Mtn many times in my younger years. Have never seen the gate open at the top. A perfect day ride! Yes, I never make plans for after a ride day - I can never be on time...lol. Hope the wife understands. You need more power for sure - the 950 let's you ride with better control seemingly. A great ride for sure. Nicely done Kyle!
Thanks man! I hope you are well... We are moving "closer to you" this month. Chino Hills, let's ride! And... I called once I got cell service to "check in" and my greeting was, "You are Late"
Funny... not my number, sorry. I will text soon. Hope you and family are doing well.
Another great video Kyle!
I'm Kelly. We met at Cook's corner. I'm the guy with the Black Dr.Z 400sm with the oversized cartoon tires you helped recommend. If you ever want an extra riding buddy on Wednesdays or Saturdays, let me know.
Cheers!
Awesome! Let's do it!
@@manybikes sounds good. still got my number? if not, I can email it to you at manybikes.
About how long did it take to ride the loop?
About an hour no stops
My ride door to door was 3 hours. The loop, about an hour to 1.5 hours with a short lookout stop at the top.
Hey Kyle, between the rallz and the adventure witch rear would you say is a better match for the dualventure front? I'm planning on running the rallz front and rear for my next tire but after those I want something that might put up better with a lot of pavement mileage to get to trails that are a bit further from my local area.
So far I only have experience with the AX41 adventurecross witch i love and the Scorpion STR that come stock with the bike and I considered to be confidence killers, they get the job done but my pants get a lot browner as the day goes on.
I run and will continue to run a dual venture on the feont and a RallZ on the rear of my 1190.
The Dual Venture is a great front. I am not a huge fan of the RallZ front tire on the highway. It is squirly. The Dual Venture is much better. The AX41 is fantastic, better than the Dual Venture, but lasts 1/3 as long.
@captndarty Yeah Buddy! Can't wait to ride in SD!
@rabaconda for the win
Good luck! Thanks for your support!
