I love this I was never a cat guy until I found four babies behind my coffee house in downtown Phoenix I ran then home nursed them and kept all 4. They are EVERYTHING to me.
I got my cat from the Home Depot at the 202 and Gilbert. The employees said she'd been there about a year and if I could catch her I could have her. It was my intention to get her to a rescue but she needed time to decompress from the street life and the only rescue that had space kept all their cars in the same living space. I ended up keeping her.
What a difference a year makes with new management. Miss Mama became homeless, kicked out of her store. Lucky, a mother, of a daughter who had worked at the store, took Mama home, so the past employee of the month would not be homeless.
That's horrible. I just commented on this video that I hope the cat is still happy and doing well. That's the problem with big stores like Home Depot is when there's a new store manager they can come in and make a bunch of changes and there's really nothing the employees can do about it. I don't understand why the new manager wouldn't allow the cat to continue to live there but I guess the most important thing is that the beautiful cat found a good home. I pray she's getting plenty of love, affection, and in great health.
@@BrickCityEllAI could come up with some silly rule about them technically selling food, thus, health code violation, however people bring their dogs into Home Depot like it’s nothing. You never hear of dogs keeping stores rate free, yet they are perfectly capable of doing it.
This is incredible. Home Depot is a very large company. It is extremely surprising that such a large corporation would allow something so uniquely human. I have seen this with small independently owned stores but never such a large corporate store. Great job, Home Depot.
BEST STORY EVER. THE CAT IS LUCKY. IS SUCH A SMART IDEA TO GIVE HER A HOME WHILE SHE DOES HER PART BY KEEPING THE RODENTS OUT. A WIN-WIN FOR ALL. SO HAPPY FOR HER.

Typical doublespeak from corporate management, at 7 years this cat probably had more seniority than most of the employees and had never collected a paycheck.
HD Manager: "Did you see Kitty this morning?" HD Employee: "Yes." HD Manager: "Was she cute?" HD Employee: "Yes. Very." HD Manager: "Excellent. Tell her to keep up the good work... and give her a good scratch behind the ears." HD Employee: "Definitely."
Larry the cat lives in 10 downing st London, is chief mouser, a mouser is much respected, i have one , my house is mouse free thanks to my cat sox , mama cat deserves all this attention , high paws , sox
Unfortunately, a new mgr was hired and wanted this sweet kitty out. He was going to call animal control if no one took her. Luckily, someone gave her a good home. Anyone who would do this needs to be a mouse in another life and be used as a play toy, by a cat, before getting eaten up.
I worked at home depot, they bullied me constantly and when I won an award for saving them 2.2 mil annually they hired someone to pressure me to quit and when I just switched stores instead they illegally fired me. Would have been better for me if the ASM was a cat.
The cat distribution system serves many individuals and organizations
Just remember, nobody is a cat person until they get a cat.

That’s how non cat people become cat people! The cat adopts you

Cats and dogs are truly a blessing. Ms Kitty is the best worker there is!

cute cute cute
That is so cute and furry .
❤️❤️❤️
I don’t mind cats in a Home Depot but they’re sitting on a pile of beanies 😂 take them to the garden or the aisles because they love climbing
I love cats and have to remove fur from my clothes often. IDK about buying them with fur already on them🤔.
lol imagine the freight crew at night having fun with it 😂😂
She is an AMAZING cat and the BEST employee on the planet! She does her job beautifully!🌹 What a wonderful; heartwarming story!🩷🌹🩷
saw another HD with a cat that controlled the mice problem. Every HD should have a resident mouser.

Just working for kibble and affection...
Look. At. That. Cool. Cat
❤❤

Never trust anyone who does not like cats
I saw a later story that said the corporate office made them get rid of the cat.
Don't put this on the internet, they got rid of mama cat.
Mama is the Supurrvisior of the pest control department
If cats could text you back they wouldn't.

You mine the Shop lifting problems?😂😅😊
Sounds like her name is mama Kitty
The cat was kicked out by a new manager.
Home Depot couldn’t solve the rat problem but have rat bait products? 😂
It’s a good idea. Got a mouse problem then go get a cat.
Cat Depot
I'm allergic and I need to make some money.
Aaaachhuulawsuitttt.. 😂😂😂
可愛いけど商品に上に乗ったらあかんでしょ😅
Those hats half off or wtf?
日本では商品に毛を付ける猫は処分されます
The cats or the products?
Gets paid to be cute. Best job ever.🩷
