What about a wash test? It will really help us to know how the Epson sublimation ink can hold on, on the substrate. Planning on getting the EPSON. Thanks lovely video. Still waiting on the video on leveling the platens/pallets on your Kruzer.
Another awesome video. You have quite a selection of sublimated products. I'm just a grandpa looking to do things for family and friends. If you do a sublimation project on laminated pouches with 651 inside that would be kewl. I'm looking for some really tough stickers. Very few videos with sublimating on lamination with vinyl inside the pouch. Those I've seen don't work the same way in my press even using the same exact sheets and vinyl. Just an idea for another project when your bored. Thank you for the video
Hi Juan, I am just getting into your videos I am stoked that I found you on here. I really appreciate the info you provide to us out here. I have been watching and trying to learn as much info as I can. So forgive me if my questions seem a little off topic. My question is, Can a laser printer be used with sublimation and how does it compare to screen printing. I want to get into this field but not sure where to focus in the beginning. Thank you again for all the info you put out there for us.. John C.
Hey John, no a laser printer can not be used for sublimation. Sublimation is a lot better than screen printing and can be much easier to work with since tgere is no prep work to be done like creating screens and mixing ink, with sublimation you go frinter straight to garment. The only downside to sublimation is that it only works best on white garments but i can be done on some colored garments as well.
@@LibertyGraphicDesigns Hi Juan, Thank you for the response. Any chance you might be doing a video explaining what sublimation is and how it works for those of us that are learning. I had never even heard of it until I started watching your videos. Again, Thank you for what your doing for us out here.. John C.
I have the same printer. But, my settings are off. I set the size on my computer and when it prints. It come out smaller. You have a video on computer paper size and how to set it up on printer?
I’m doing polyester microfiber white towels and my Heat press is leaving in an indention. I’ve change the temperature several times and the time I heat it.
Hi, how much do you charged for the sublimation ? I am in New Jersey . I like the idea of offerings. I will like to try with dog groomers and housepeers . Gracias
Can you buy any cheap sublimation printer. Looking to do small logo on the corner of the towel. Also do you need a new paper for each towel or just reuse the one template?
@@LibertyGraphicDesigns thanks so much for this. Laslty can you use one template for multiple towles or do you need to print new one for each towel? Can you press thicker items such as microfiber wash mitt? Will the ink hold up?
@@richw7275 you do have to do one for each print otherwise the next print will be very light or faded and yes you can print thinker items as long as they fit on your heat press
@@LibertyGraphicDesigns At the moment it is just some cheaper stuff TBTeek from Amazon, and Koala sublimation paper. It works pretty well honestly, but I feel my colors could be just a little better.
I got the towels from sams and with temp at 375 for 50 secs and it looks scorched especially noticeable on the light blue. Can I lower temp time and will it still print
Great Video. Can you tell me where you bought the towels from?
definitely going to try these. Can u give me an idea of how much you would charge for these?

Are those 100 polyester? Only finding a blended material 80/20.
80/20 will work just make sure that the 80 is polyester
Thank you, that's an excellent printer, well worth the investment, you get enough ink and paper to put a huge dent in the cost of it. Thank you again

Since you decided to do sublimation and nothing else...send me the Tajima!
HAHAHAHAHAHAH NO!
What would you sell them for? I love it!

You can convert an Epson ET2720 and add sublimation ink for about $300 or you can buy the f170 for $400 true sublimation printer
