I couldnt agree more with you. Deja is THE perfect album in my opinion, every song on it is pure gold, and it has some of the best examples of Jesse's amazing lyrics. And Vin looks silly in this video :D

Streetlight is fucking amazing live. True, But so is brand new. I saw them on Halloween last year and they had a perfect stage presence. Both bands are amazing.
@ParaEatCambria yeah without a shadow of doubt they have great songs. they write fantastic lyrics and are very versatile in style. deja entendu is one of the best albums i have ever heared to be honest!

@steevyp Have you ever been to a live show man? Or a live Brand New show? It probably sounds bad because of the recording quality. you're not there feeling the thump in your chest every time the bass drum hits, or feeling the actual wind from the guitar coming through the PA. It's an amateur recording man.
@steevyp you cant expect bands to play there songs EXACTLY like the record. if you dont like them playing it live, instead of going to a show just blast there records in your room. but whatever. Brand New is the greatest band live. play with more passion than anyone.
@steevyp Slipknot sucks ON the album lol, but I'm mad jealous you saw the Chili Peppers at Hyde Park. I Saw them at a stadium during the Stadium Arcadium tour. Were you at one of the Hyde Park shows that got recorded for their live album? Either way I think this sounds pretty good especially given the amateur nature of the recording.
@fullmetalfunk yeah I went to see slipknot live at the manchester MEN a few years ago, and i saw red hot chilli peppers at Hyde park in london... i think any rock band can make you feel thrilled if the music is loud enough but i personally would be pissed off if i paid for THIS XD
I'm not sure why you got any comments arguing with this... I am not huge on Brand New, because I just haven't really listened to much, but their vocals are amazing in the studio--I don't know if he is always like this live, but he is off key and sounds like he is tired
Playing live is hard, especially when you are a super high energy band like brand new. Easy to get out of breath jumping around on stage and swinging your arms around

Never listened to thier live stuff before, and was dissapointed with a bunch of the stuff I found. Thats all, some bands just sound better in the studio. Not talking trash, It is an opionion
