In case anyone's interested it took me a long time to discover the vocals are from panta rhei - ailein duinn (ailein duinn is a traditional scottish song, wikipedia has some info on it)
Since we are here, Panta rhei is a famous quote that describes the philosophy of the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus, which translates to "Everything flows". Probably, this is why the OST is called changes. Because you can't step twice in the same river, as it always changes... Panta rhei.

has anyone else been looking for certain songs from the sound track BUT literally can't find them. Theres another song just like "the more i see" in the show, it plays when tenma and grimmer first meet on the train. there also another little song, its reverbed out, has a little rhythm jazz guitar- sounds like something being played in a jazz nightbar. i cant find either of those on youtube :(
