it is written for *laws* only.. Abrogatinv 370 is *Constitutional Amendment* state legislature has no power in CAAct

All of them were for small period of time not permanent.

None of the other special status states have the right to make their own constitution. It was a historic blunder to give that power to kashmir which has now been peacefully resolved.

NO, Never.., They can change anything on paper... but everything can't be implemented... The highest authority is Supreme Court.
Get your basics clear.., Basic Structure won't allow.
The case was closed by Supreme Court itself.. that means it is Constitutionally valid.
E.g Govt can remove the word *Secular* from preamble but can never remove Art 25 by any means... even is they do, Supreme Court will reinstat it.

Why the term " constituent assembly" was replaced by presidential order. Is it not a matter of constitutional amendment under article 368?
since there was no Constituent assembly and constituent assembly had the power to remove 370...

Art 370 ek special status nhi hai... j&k ko alag desh banane ke liye ye article banaya gaya tha ...article main ye hai k j&k ka ek flag hai kyon?jab Anya state Indian flag ko APNA mante Hain J&K kyon nhi manega...iska matlab hai wo Indian flag ko apna nhi manta matlab india ko apna desh nhi manta Hai ..bt india k paise use karega Apna state development main...kyon....ye article khatam ho chuka hai sahi hai

Article 370 is removed that means article 3 of Jammu and Kashmir Constitution is also removed.. .......?
When article 370 is removed by default the constitution of J&K removed
It wasn't J&K assembly who could abrogate, it was always President's power due to Instrument of Accession.
It was just that, Constituent Assembly's recommendation was necessary before such order can be passed, but the loophole was it never mentioned concurrence of such aseembly was needed, so the intention was to always have the power with President.
Godi media can't understand the importance,status, history of article 370. Accession to India was on 3 terms rest was to be decided by jk assembly. Jk was not like other states, it joined India on terms and conditions. UNO referendum.
Temporary or permanent j&k assembly will decide.
