I loved watching Jacques ze Whipper and Celtic Legacy among other acts. I'm also going to briefly discuss how the Society for Creative Anachronism and Renaissance Festival cultures are different. I want to be clear that I love them both, but for different reasons.

I've only ever been to the Kansas City Ren Faire once. My brother-in-law worked there. My sister was a wandering bard at Fairs in California. She played the zither. I live close to the Sterling Renaissance Festival in Sterling NY, which unfortunately has ended it's season just a few weeks ago. I hope to get there someday, and in costume.
