I've never known Kirk to be so conservative with defending the Enterprise. The moment the Brutix had them in a stasis field he'd have opened up with all the weapons the Enterprise has.
I don't know anything about Eve Online, but this is a really entertaining presentation. It's not a soulless death battle between two franchises but a story of two different universes meeting for a spell. I look forward to more of these in the future.
I love how this is structured just like an episode of Star Trek, right down to the ending with an ethical analysis. Death battles are cool and all but this is far more intriguing.
I’ve seen a lot of cross over fan fic but you are probably the king of it not only you make animation of it to make it more visual appealing but the way you know and love of both of the franchises that you’re putting up against makes it very realistic and accurate so much support 👍

@@AstroRayGun Gundam loses very hard if the UFP simply decided to go for the jugular and throw a genesis device at earth. @@addisonchow9798 I'm not so sure about the Mobile Suit's being phased out. Recall that in pretty much every Gundam timeline, the introduction/mass adoption of MS rewrote the rules of war. Normal weaponry was for the most part ineffective against them for several reasons. On top of that MS could use weapons you could only mount on 'traditional' super-heavy vehicles or large vessels. In the UC timeline of Gundam, the titular Gundam was the very definition of a 'wonder weapon'. Not only was it essentially immune to the weapons present on the battlefield at the time of its initial deployment, but its Beam Rifle was a horrifyingly devastating weapon. One clean shot was all it took to obliterate a Zeon MS, regardless of the particular model. And the same usually happened when it fired upon enemy vessels. As for the Earth Sphere joining the UFP, I don't think that'd happen. Quite frankly the idea is stupid for several reasons, but the biggest is simple: Independence and self-determination.

The only thing I can think of, aren't ST ships suppose to have weapon ranges in the order of tens to hundred of thousands of km? And an M/A explosion from a torpedo would easily obliterate even a titan. A Doomsday device in EvE is rated at about 25 kilotons of TNT, a photon torpedo has a yeld of ~40 low end to 500 Mt high end (TNG era). I don't think eve ships would even dent the shields of a ST ship, designed to withstand at least one impact fom a M/A torpedo.

EVE vs Star trek would be interesting dynamic. Every torp hell even phasers have an absurd range/ output. Remember the time kirk was on a planet getting glassed by ONE phaser array on a ship? Yall forget half the crazy shit star trek pulled off. Like the time kirk also parked in the sun.
Phasers do have ranges measured in 10s and 100s of thousands of kilometers, though the damage output may not be the same, while torpedoes could easily triple that range if not more, but traveling at slower speeds of course. Unless launched in warp. And yes, ships in trek have engaged in warp, both in TOS and post TNG.
A great video and as a veteran Eve player I can appreciate the banter and mechanica shown here. However, it would have been interesting to see Star Trek mechanics come into play with the Enterprise disabling the weapon systems of the Brutix BC.
