As a side note, this short film is non-canon with respect to the Destiny universe and does not involve any intentional connection with the lore as it is. The Destiny influence limits itself to the aesthetics and the atmosphere - the storyline is left to the viewer's interpretation…

Lore-wise Guardians would be like Valus Ta-aurc-like durability, either by a Scavenged Golden Age energized shielded Armor piece of a Guardian & a Ghost to remodify and fixed. or the usual [Light]-Infused Shielding at most times protecting the Guardian & especially the Ghost.
well, if it is with another non-Guardian anyways. these two Guardians would've clearly been able to one-shot each other quickly. even faster if the 2 here were Trying to Atomize each other with a few Hunter Stabs and Palming.

This vid is not how Destiny is, really. If it were real, Cronus would used by at least one of them and there’d be a dead toon.
The sound design is phenomenal! Every footstep carried weight; every bullet impact against every material was unique; I could almost feel the fabric of their cloaks brushing against their armor.
Thanks a lot! Most SFX come from packs by GamemasterAudio and SidearmStudios (Unreal Marketplace) and were recorded in-engine with spatialization.

Great work visually for sure. Main thing that kinda took this out of the Destiny world and it just becoming an aesthetic piece (for me personally) is the fact that dude tanked a body shot and then a headshot from a bolt action sniper. That still does not take away from the brilliance and dedication it took to make this video a reality. Hopefully this opens the doors a bit of inspiration for others to attempt original content like this.
I think that's something that could happen within the Destiny *world*. A Guardian's light can take many forms
For me, the only thing wrong with it is that neither Guardian used the Light (or the Darkness for that matter) even ONCE. This could've been any other two characters from any other game with guns. Of course, everything else is phenomenal, I just wished that there was something in there to make it... You know, Destiny.

That hunter has an ornament for erianas vow called "hopping impact".

On a serious note, the animation and sound was amazing. Also damn that boy can tank those sniper shots better than my Exo Titan in pvp.
If this had been two warlocks, they would have immediately run around and hid behind a wall while planting their rift, occasionally peak shooting till they charged chaos reach

This so goddamn cool! The Hunter with the Shadow’s mask gives me red hood and terminator vibes at the same time.
Don’t even get me started on the SFX. Those Handcannon shots sounded so good. Hopefully we get a Handcannon that sounds like that in-game!

when i tell you i SHRIEKED out loud watching this oh my GOD?? this looks like a whole-ass cinematic from the game itself and i am losing my MIND. the sound design is so phenomenal and the camera movements really carry so much weight; the color scheme works together seamlessly without being difficult to see what's going on but keeps a coherent style, and the LIGHTING!! the textures!! the detail!!!! i'm still screaming this is so phenomenal and i was so sad when it was over because i wanted it to keep going on. if we ever get a destiny animated series this is EXACTLY what i want it to be like
