RAIDERS NEED TO TRADE TE 2 MICHAEL MAYER TO THE NEW YORK JETS FOR EDGE RUSHER HASSAN REDDICK TO REPLACE INJURED EDGE RUSHER MALCOLM KOONCE WHO'S OUT FOR THE WHOLE 2024 NFL SEASON WITH A NO CONTACT KNEE INJURY.
The trade partner would need to be interested in said trade. That would definitely not be considered equal value trade. Raiders would have to throw in a draft pick in there at the very least. Plus, Jets aren’t really in need of a TE that isn’t great in the block scheme.
That's the dumbest shit ever. You could get hassan Reddick for a 5th. And then you still have to give him an extension. So really, it's either Reddick or koonce. Because you can't give both an extension. So if Reddick is already requesting a trade, why would you give up a young talented player who you already paid in full, for an older player who you still have to extend. For what, to look good THIS YEAR ? I domt think Reddick is the deciding factor of whether we go to the SB or not. I'm not agaimst Reddick, but not for Mayer. I domt who tf started that narrative, but it's fuckin stupid. At the end of the day, we still need a traditional TE. Yall be tryna throe away players way too fast
@@SteadyMo66inYup. You said they already paid Koonce in full. I thought they hadn't extended his contract. A big key will be if Tyree can be the guy they wanted. He looked slow and missed tackles in pre season
@Robert-fs6ge I said Mayer is already paid in full. Amd koonce needs an extension, and you can't extend both koonce and Reddick. And we just signed a free agent OLB K'Lavon Chaisson so getting Reddick would be moving backwards especially if you give up Mayer.
