Young is an example why rookie QBs should be a back up for a couple seasons. Learn the season. Adjust to being a pro. Learn from the vet QB. Learn the coaching staff. Etc. Develop mentally and physically. Not every high caliber rookie is gonna come in and find success right away. They talking about him like "What he has left" etc. Crazy how the game is today!
