    This is a 2000 model year for the S2000. There might be a slight difference for later model years (such as a relay for the rear window defogger, which the early AP1 models did not have), but a very useful guide nonetheless.
    Honda S2000 Main UNDER HOOD Relays:
    Condenser fan relay
    Radiator fan relay
    A/C Compressor clutch relay
    ELD Unit
    Passenger side headlight relay
    Driver's side headlight relay
    Horn relay
    Blower motor relay (inside the cabin)
    Honda S2000 Main UNDER HOOD Fuses:
    Condenser fan motor & A/C compressor clutch - 20A fuse
    Ignition switch (BAT) - 40A fuse
    Battery and power distribution - 100A fuse
    Hazard warning lights - 10A fuse
    ABS Modulator unit - 30A fuse
    Data link connector & main relay - 15A fuse
    ABS Modulator unit, Brake lights, Cruise control unit, ECM, third brake light- 10A fuse ('00-01 models. Later models may be 15A)
    ABS Modulator unit - 20A fuse
    Gauge assembly, High beam indicator light, driver's side high/low
    beam - 20A fuse
    Passenger side high/low beam - 20A fuse
    Radiator fan motor - 20A fuse
    Blower motor - 40A fuse
    Driver's side convertible top motor - 20A fuse
    30A fuse used with the under-dash fuse unit (watch 8:30 - 9:45 of video)
    40A fuse used with the under-dash fuse unit (Driver's and passenger side window motor)
    Passenger side convertible top motor - 20A fuse
    Honda S2000 Auxiliary UNDER HOOD fuse box:
    Rear window defogger - 20A fuse
    Electronic Power Steering (EPS) - 70A fuse
    Air pump electric current sensor - 60A fuse
    Honda S2000 UNDER DASH Relays (inside the cabin underneath the steering wheel):
    Taillight relay
    Starter cut relay
    Turn signal & hazard relay
    Honda S2000 UNDER DASH Fuses (inside the cabin underneath the steering wheel):
    Intermittent wiper driving circuit (in gauge assembly) - 7.5A fuse
    Windshield washer motor & convertible top switch - 15A fuse
    Accessory power socket, radio and radio remote switch - 10A fuse
    Power window master switch, windshield washer motor & intermittent wiper relay - 20A fuse
    Turn signal & hazard relay - 7.5A fuse
    Air control solenoid valve, alternator, charging system light, cruise control unit, cruise control main switch, ELD unit, EVAP bypass solenoid valve, EVAP canister vent shut valve, EVAP canister purge valve, primary and secondary oxygen sensors - 15A fuse
    Reverse lights, electronic power steering (EPS) control unit, gauge assembly, keyless door lock control unit, convertible top control unit - 7.5A
    Ignition coils - 15A fuse
    Engine start switch - 7.5A fuse
    Fuel pump, main relay and SRS/airbag unit - 15A fuse
    SRS/airbag unit - 10A fuse
    Keyless door lock control unit & trunk opener solenoid valve - 15A fuse
    ECM (computer), gauge assembly, heater control panel, immobilizer (alarm) indicator light, convertible top control unit - 7.5A fuse
    Ceiling and trunk lights - 7.5A fuse
    Radio light, cruise control main switch light, front parking lights, gauge lights, hazard warning switch light, heater control panel lights, keyless door lock control unit, license plate light, convertible top switch light, radio remote switch lights, rear side marker lights and taillights - 10A fuse
    Audio / Radio - 15A fuse
    ECM, main relay - 7.5A fuse
    A/C compressor clutch relay, blower motor relay, condenser fan relay, heater control panel, radiator fan relay, recirculation motor - 7.5A fuse
    ABS modulator unit, power mirrors, rear window defogger relay - 7.5A fuse
    Passenger side window motor - 20A fuse
    Driver's side window motor - 20A fuse
    Other relays:
    Honda S2000 air pump relay
    Honda S2000 IG2 relay
    Honda S2000 accessory power socket relay

    So I would like to add a small amount of information. The 15 amp that is under the dash you said was apart of the air bag system also runs the gauge lights for the check engine light along with the key light. Just found out the hard way had to restart from scratch. Building a track car and getting rid of non essential items.

    Do you know where the relay is located for the passenger window? I don't hear a small click when I press on the passenger window button .

      Any major auto parts store like AutoZone, O’Reillys. Just make sure to get the appropriate size

    So i had a dead battery put in a jew one and now main battery fuse keeps pooping ? I beleive i put it in backword the first time ,,, so now i out batery the correct position and now the 100 pops immedietly ?!?! Why
