    I'm helping some other guys with trying to get one of these engines running, we've just finished the cooling and hopefully it should be running soon. Good work guys.

    I remember that engine at Liverpool Poly as it was then. It could only be run one day a week for a short time due to complaints from the nearby flats.

    Nice rescue, but did it ever govern??? It sounded good once it was going, but I kept thinking 'stop tickling it, just let it go' during the startup.

      Yes it runs on the governor now, we had to put a softer spring in to make the engine run slower.

    How strange that they did not provide for the exhaust to be discharged outside of the building... looks backward to me...
