They will even do it with people they see on tv. Talking about how amazing the actress is, like he is in love with her was obvious triangulating. Or talking about conversations they have with other women out of nowhere. Such an obvious sign of insecurity and crazy making.
Exactly. And when you start living paranoid and insecure, you are no longer yourself, or happy.
They have completely manipulated and controlled you at this point.
They enjoy saying that some person was hitting on them.... knowing what I know now, I should have said... let her have you lol.

It has happened to me, it was so painful. But now that I see what it is, it helps. But I still feel powerless, because nobody else woul believe me. Appreciate prayers! I am still in the situation. Corona situation has stopped him from beeing able to triangulate, but now they will open up the churches again, maybe.

67 days and im just now finding out this is a narcissistic , im not a jealous person at all but she's did a million things to make me jealous !

That was eye opening. I have never been a jealous person, but I have been in relationships were I was and I always took the blame for it, wondering why I had suddenly become so insecure...

She started hitting on someone with whom she had an affair with, right in front of me, which of course she denied.
When I called her out on her behavior she lashed out at me with incredible rage screaming at me in front of our kid "you are a stick person that needs help", "you are such an asshole", "shut the fuck up, stop being annoying". When I started crying she added "you are so fucking dramatic, that is why I don't want to be with you". She was drunk, she started puking and she went to sleep like nothing.
I was in such a pitiful state back then, completely broken. With rampant PTSD I even apologized to her. Today, 8 months later, she keeps hoovering back but I just don't tolerate poor behavior anymore. I have an easy trigger with no contact and shutting her down the moment she steps over any boundary.
She has been triangulating that new supply and me for 1 year now.
So interesting to hear you describe this behaviour. I have a friend who I used to be very close to who behaves just like this, in her relationships, her friendships and honestly in every aspect of her life. I had to put some distance between us as I realised it wasn't really a friendship at all, and no good for me. x

Would this be like a narcissist would come home and make up stories about other woman are attracted to him just to key u up to get u jealous?? We had that! If it works and in beginning it did, and u get jealous they succeeded and proceed to tell u maybe they want a divorce so it upsets you more and then u beg please don't go!! But Then if ur strong and don't care they feel defeated and start verbal mental excessive abuse! Yep been there! So glad my daughter got out!!! Therapy to a narcissist is not an option unless they feel defeated and they get afraid u will leave! But the therapy is all show!!!! To all others listen to her be strong and get out! Could it be that a person who suffers from PTSD in her youth (and maybe CPTSD) may have developed covert-borderline personality with co-morbid narcissism?
Of course. Personality disorders are ingrained coping mechanisms/ attachment styles/ interpersonal difficulties that people for develop to cope with their childhoods and the messages they’ve been sent. I.E ‘you aren’t good enough’ ‘you aren’t worthy’ ‘it’s not okay to feel’

What happens if you don’t react to it? I found this video cuz the guy I recently started seeing is trying to make me jealous. I can’t say he’s a Narc but this is weird behavior and it baffles me. I have yet to react to it but not sure what to do.....
If you react he will most likely accuse you of being too jealous or insecure, etc. The best think you can do is to disable the triangulation by not reacting.
Pay attention to the red flags and your intuition and DO NOT IGNORE THEM. Even if he's not a narcissist, what he is doing is unhealthy, childish and a waste of your time.

Urs is one of the more healing narc related videos ...most of the other channels they have some anger and shout at the narcs like they are aliens ...it stirs me up in a bad way , they should focus on healing
