I have a 19 rebel with the Kawasaki 852 and it’s a beast. That mower can hang with just about any. I also have a 21 maverick with the upgraded seat and suspension, to me it’s like comparing a v6 to a v8. The maverick just can’t hold hills and turn like the rebel. But the ride is so much more comfortable. Both cut flawlessly. I’m hoping to trade my maverick for a 22 rogue or rebel next season with the Kawasaki 1000cc or the 999 vanguard , if I can get one. My local dealer has been on back order for just about a year now. Something with motor parts I’m told. Oh well here’s hoping.
I have just purchased the rogue. The drive in the way that it sticks to slopes in hills is so amazing to me. I had a maverick and it caught on fire two weeks ago. It is like day and night between the rogue in the maverick! Not saying that The Maverick is not a good lawnmower but it is inferior to the rogue‼️ The Parker wheel motors makes all of the difference I believe. I am just now sort of figure it out what all this more can do. I am very well pleased with bad boy mowers in general. But the rogue is an outstanding option. And I had to have the suspension ride because I have A very bad back... that is the reason why I chose D over the ramble. But I am just now figuring out that the rogue is a more superior more to the rebel. I think you will be happy with the rogue... Happy mowing

Did they change things in 22? My Rebel came with the suspension seat thats shown on this Renegade and it also has no flat front tires.

Why does the rogue come with the 37 hp vanguard and the renegade comes with the 35 hp efi?

Question you should ask is, do you need that suspension?
If you get the rebel with the 999cc engine it comes with an airride seat option.

@Tractor Bob's is that the only difference between the rebel and rogue is the rogue has the 3 link suspension and slightly bigger tires?

I would go with more hp. The Vanguard 37 EFI would be my choice. Big power with lower fuel consumption compared to the carbureted 999 Kawasaki
