Great video and hike. I agree with you on the water bladders also. Great videos man, I want to get out on a longer hike like this. Question, I recently got the sea to summit telos tent and put it up to test it in the rain for a 12 hour storm.. It either leaked or the condensation was bad enough that a couple oz of water pooled on the floor and there were drops all along the body ceiling. It was pretty heavy rain but is that normal/acceptable? I feel like no.. it would have gotten on me and my down bag
So I had this same issue minus the pooling in this Zpacks Plexamid tent. If you check out this video : ruclips.net/video/YdrSPu8teus/видео.html you can see one such morning where it was very foggy and had been raining since about 8pm or so. If you notice from the video the pitch of the tent is not ideal and the door was shut. Are you closing your doors at night? If you can try leaving it open.
@@FrozensAdventures thank you for the response! yes, its a freestanding tent with a fly and i had the fly doors closed because there were periods of heavy rain. I think it might even be a design problem because the way the tent pole widening section is designed creates a flat spot and looks like condensation is able to form droplets but they have no where to fall except down onto the tent body, subsequently, onto me. unlike your tent which had an angled pitch allowing drops to fall at least. gonna have to contact the company i think.. thanks again!

PS...we tried the Knorr Cheesy Bacon Alfredo. Dont bother!!! [I meant macaroni].
Maybe I just enjoy bland food lol
I hear IBTAT in that tune!
