One of the most unique guitar solos in any song ever. And that bass line could groove for eternity

Love the bass line in this song. This live performance is really awesome as well. William sounds amazing here like a wall of sound that blends perfectly with the music. Best band ever

This is the song that made me go buy a Bass guitar, to try to play this. Too bad they don’t show the bass player more in this video...
I never got to see them live, so thank you for posting this!

any idea what kind of tremolo he has, seems like he has an Expression pedal with it

I'm not sure what he was using, but I have a Dunlop Tremolo/Volume pedal that does what he's doing. Toe down is fast trem, heel down is slow. It's awesome except that I wore it out and I'm not sure how to fix it. I've searched for them online and they must be pretty rare as I've never been able to find another one. I'm surprised they never caught on, as it's such a cool effect.

I remember reading he had a boss tremolo pedal guts put into a wah enclosure. Either way William Reid kills it here
for current kit i think Earnie Ball makes a trem like this, also Monument tremolo has expression pedal input option.

One of many great jams from my favorite JAMC album. - Massive guitars? Check. - Sexually explicit lyrics? Check
"Did you get your wish now honey? All over my face." 😜

only shit worth the money in the 90's- an otherwise totally bleak decade. Still worth the money too.

The Mary Chain were great, but that is an absolute bollocks comment. There was SO MUCH great stuff in the 90s.

Hmmm... I was a fanatical Mary Chain follower from day one but they lost me a couple of years after this with 'Stoned and Dethroned.'
And the less said about 'Munki' the better.. 😂
