I've recently bought one and it's a beautiful watch. I'm thrilled with it for the price. Good review. Oh & the packaging smells like new trainers, what's not to like!.
@johnswatchjoint Yup, same here, man - got up at 4am to put a slab on the lid of the bin with all the tins and plastic. I learned the lesson the hard way before when I was woken in the middle of the night by the sound of my own Diet Coke cans clattering all over the road. 😂 So heating on, chilling out and watching watch videos. 👍
Nice looking watch! Most watch reviewers focus almost entirely on the external appearance of a watch. I want to know what I can't immediately see: how accurately does the watch keep time, how accurate is the water resistance rating, how durable is the watch, how often will it need servicing, what is the length of the warranty period, if it is battery-powered how long does the battery last, and so on.
Thanks for watching. It is a difficult thing to put figures on accuracy as every watch is different however if you google Seagull movements they tend to be extremely accurate. I do not have a time grapher but after a few days with it, I get the gist. This one is minus 3 secs per day...pretty good :)
Hi and thanks for watching. Unfortunately I don't keep all of the watches I review...if I did I would be broke and divorced. I buy these to review with my own money. I do keep a few that will be compared against in future vids. It's a great choice with a clean look and great movement:)
@@johnswatchjoint Thank you! You were right: I found two versions by Sea-Gull in 34 mm. One with blue hands, small seconds and manual winding (819.612) and another one with blue hands, central second, date and automatic (819.17). The automatic will arrive tomorrow, the other one next month.
@@johnswatchjoint I have had the automatic for a few days. The case is impeccably finished and the movement is very precise at +2 seconds a day. I am pleasantly surprised by this Chinese watch.
It's a dress watch... they're simple... Patek's Caratrava is extremely simple, but it's the perfect definition of a dress watch. This Seagull is incredible in this regard.

Glad you like it 😊
Hello from Broughty Ferry. 👍
I bought the white one (£61), and loved it so much that I just ordered the black one (£48!). Beautiful piece.
Nice one. Howz it going in your neck of the woods? The winds are really picking up here!

@@johnswatchjoint Thanks John!
I just received mine from the march Ali sale. Very nice watch and only $67 USD
Nice score!
No stop second, can revolve spring, 6 direction big different speed. Base on cheap watch, is ok.
Long time subscriber here! Nice review! Can you make a video comparing this watch to the Sea-gull Bi Disc? Thanks appreciate your effort!
Sorry but both have been reviewed and I cannot afford to keep every watch I review. If I did I would be broke and homeless haha 😆
Beautiful watch. Just bought one myself. How's it been holding up for you?

Better with leather strap 👍🏻
It is.
👍
A very nice Bauhaus inspired watch, but unfortunately too big for me.
Just have a search as I believe they are now also doing smaller versions. As it is all dial it does tend to wear larger :)
