    Bhaiya I'm a beginner only training from 2 years, i never trained abs , I do 140kg squat for 7 reps on 70 kg of BW and i do have abs (lil bit )

    If isometric build muscles then there is no need of curls, presses ,just hold the weight and squeeze..

    bht saal se naturally gym on and off kr rha hun to abs to alag se krna padega train ye pta chal gya hai...jha tak baat hai abs dikhne ki to vo lean hoke nazar aane lag jati hai jaise meri but agr pop out krvana hai abs ko to alag se krna padega workout
