I have x10 compound sight (after week all screws got a little loose) I took all apart, put back on threadlock, tune it and love it - 2x cheaper, quality is goooooood!
The screws will get loose after a while. Loctite them if you really consider this sight. I know someone who has this sight in compound version and it was a problem for him.
I just have this although I am not shooting yet the screw that holds the vertical bar has a loctite in it and its not blue but i think its either purple or red color spectrum but its not possible to be the red because it is permanent
I have an decut sight bar on my Supra and I love it for my back yard shooting and considering the price of $60 for the bar housing & $45 (USD) for the sight, plus the X-6 lens, I'm very happy. 🏹🤠👍
I am using one for couple of weeks now and there is an issue with the left and right adjustment block. It has a huge play in it and getting worse with every shot. It rattles heaps. Hopefully it is a problem with this particular one only and hopefully the replacement shall be fine.
I'd be in the market for this sight if I knew I could get another couple of quick detach pin brackets to attach to a clout mirror and a couple of different pins with different fibre colours for different conditions. I know there is a Australian disti for Sanlida but not who they are. Not doing a good job though it would seem.
just (probably less( half the price of a Shibuya or axcel, it is absolutely enticing. If its just some screws getting loose, I could just simple threadlock them. I am really curious about the build strength though. The Decut have cases where the sight mounting block just snaps (like die cast metals usually do). I have the WNS SPR 100, but functionality is great but the screw holding the pin gets loose often (and I can't threadlock for obvious reasons) and the sight is a bit wobbly for my taste.
The biggest downfall of American consumers of Archery products, is that the so called “ Made In America “ mentality has driven American consumer to only buy “ American made “ . Whereas for many generations it has been engrained into their heads that any other product made elsewhere, is inferior to them. On the other hand, there have been in the past of “ Cheap “ products ( inferior quality products ) that have been bought by the American consumer, giving them the lack of confidence in “ Quality “ products. But more often than not, American consumers lack the knowledge sometimes, that even “ Made In America “ products can sometimes often be of “ inferior quality sometimes also. And that’s because there’s are some shady companies out there that are only interested in ripping off the consumer. Therefore it’s a toss up of taking that risk of getting “ Ripped Off “ or actually buying a REAL QUALITY product, for a whole LOT LESS money. In my personal experience, I find that Sanlida has got some REAL QUALITY stuff, for WAYYYY less than some of those so called “ High end “ companies out there, and I’ve seen some ordinary average archers beat even the most experienced seasoned Archers with all their “ High End “ equipment. Unfortunately many American Archers of today, cannot differentiate what it takes to be “ World Class “ solely because of their equipment. It’s mostly a “ Brand thing “ or possibly an “ Elitist “ thing 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ Pretty sad if ya ask me. Thanks for posting Steve, and as always…..love all your content 😇🙏🏹🏹🏹🇺🇸🇵🇭🇺🇸🇵🇭🇺🇸🇵🇭👍
