What is the username I have to use when I enter that IP address? It has a password spot but it also has a username. I tried a few of the codes on the router but it’s not working.
Mine used to work perfectly before,,, (i used this admin page to disable my WiFi when not in use or at night while sleeping) but now following these exact steps and using the same IP address I always used it just stopped working.... it says failed to connect... what could this be?
I would unplug the power to the router for about 60 seconds and plug back in. That should work. If not, reset the router. Good luck and keep me posted.
@@jimmy_changa6964 Did you follow my steps? Also check and see if there is an app you can download. Some mesh systems use apps instead of IP addresses.

I connect my mesh system straight from spectrum’s modem. Am I able to do the same or do I need an actual router ?
A mesh system works about the same as wireless router. So yes you can connect it to the spectrum modem. Thank you for watching!

You Should be able to click on it anyways. It just means its not a secure network but it's ok. That's how admin pages are.

@@princejoe6949 Check the default wireless SSID it will show the IP address. It's usually 192.168.1.1
