Always get the 3 mode SDS drills. I have a corded Bosch with the addon Drill chuck. Makes a good mud mixer, heavy duty drill, scrapper, chipper and concrete drill all in one

Do the DCH 263. It similar to this one but has chipping mode and it’s arguably dewalt’s best SDS plus.

Hammer/chipping-only mode is in the 6 o'clock position on this model. (There are a couple of other models in the dewalt lineup that don't have hammer mode, but this one does.) For those interested, there are some pretty comprehensive reviews & testing of this model on Boltah Downunder's channel.
