One time I looked in a book of hymns at my church. Their was no page 666 but page 665. If u go to church you might have the same book, so make sure to look
I just watched a fictional video game character named Guest C hit 999 tennis balls at some random lady for 20 minutes. Should I dare to ask what I'm doing with my life?
This is a video that I need more of in my life. What happens if you get 256 points out of curiosity? Will the game give you 0 (instead of 231) at the end of it?
I assume it's the same logic behind the high scores in SM64, your score is mod 256 for some reason. Essentially for anyone who doesn't know, mod or modulo as I've also seen it said, is just the remainder of the first number divided by the second. (Example: 6/4 = 1, or 1.5 if using decimals, but 6 mod 4 is 2, as that's what the remainder is.) Because of this, if you score 256 exactly, the score would be 0 points, as 256 mod 256 is 0.
Most likely because they're storing the score internally as a simple one byte integer, which can hold a max value of 255 and any value over that just overflows to 0
23:19 Why does the counter stop at 999? I counted three more returned balls at this point, so your actual score was 1002. I always wondered if it would be possible to score 1000 points in this particular event, but once the counter hit 999, it actually froze! And I almost always laugh hysterically when that buzzer goes off! And I bet it ought to take a ton of work to pick up a thousand tennis balls from the court!
Wait, does Returning Balls save score as an 8 bit unsigned int, like the coin scores in Mario 64? I recognize 231, the final score on the end screen, as being equivalent to 999 mod 256. What happens if you get 255 points, or exactly 256?
thought of that, but it's super random. Also, someone has already gotten a near perfect 672 foot homerun, and I've never come close to that. However I haven't tried for very long
23:14 He already done 999 pts. 23:15 1000 23:17 1001 23:18 1002 23:20 Oooh... he missed, I know 999 is the maximus but I've done the numbers in my head, Guest C (Maybe Grim) got 1002 pts.
MrBnsftrain nope. It’s simply due to the way the game was designed. This game uses a one byte integer for the point system, so any number above 255 sets it back to 0 due to an overflow
It's the dumb 256 limit all over again. It's in SM64, Pacman, Donkey Kong, all the big games. What happens is it can only hold 256 incraments, so when it goes to 257, instead of 257 points, it's one point. So 999-256-256-256=231.
I note that if the ball bounces on the net on the return, it can stay in bounds. Is it possible for the ball to stop where there mii serving the ball bounces them? I notice that the balls on the ground knock into each other, which is surprising and neat
Is it possible two humans to actually complete this challenge? A. Would they run out of energy? B. Would the thrower run out of energy? C. Would the racket break?
Cursoring is a bit sloppy Use frame advance and TAS input. The effect should be the cursor teleporting and pressing buttons on first frame For the rest I don't know since I don't play this game
I feel bad for the person picking those up.
If the guy who made this did manual inputs this would take like a year
Andrei Mikhaylets fuck I would just use a vacuum 😂
It wouldn’t be hard. After all, the ball collector is Matt Mii.
That’s the fielding minigame
There is a hopper Minecart under there
My bets on Guest C to win the US Open
Guest F.she can manipulate golf balls. and bowling balls
What am I doing with my life?
Look At all those balls
Grim noone knows
Fulfilling your destiny
Grim idk man
The right thing
Even though I knew the outcome, this was still somewhat nerve racking
Nice joke
@@genghiskhan8968hm?
Nah honestly though.
@@screamingpuppy211Racket.
I LOVE the pun and it was BALLER.
**spontaneously generates 1,000 tennis balls from her pocket**
I just watched a robot hit 1002 tennis balls in a videogame older than me.
Nathan Warneke not a robot :)
Grim I watched a no life hit 1002 tennis balls in a video game older than me
Nathan Warneke lol
RAYMND WAIT IT IS?!
I am 8 years older than the wii
But where does she find all the balls??
hmm, I never thought of that!
Grim Judging by the fact that after a while a ball disappears when she serves, I think she's teleporting the balls to her hand.
From all the men she been sleeping with XD
DESTOYGAMERCHANNEL SAVAGE
DESTOYGAMERCHANNEL I WAS ABOUT TO BUT I WAS 2 DAYS LATE

Rip the dream
We need more people like this in our lives
*gets 999 points*
Person who has to clean up all those balls: “Am I a joke to you?”
15:49 it would be hilarious if that number turned red
One time I looked in a book of hymns at my church. Their was no page 666 but page 665. If u go to church you might have the same book, so make sure to look
Hello Anonymous makes sense.
I finally freaking found your comment again
Amber Jennifer i know right sometimes these stubborn comments are so hard to find
@@patrickconnolly9073 They are not stubborn I just read this about 2-3 years ago and I finally found it again
I don't want to be the one to collect all those balls
It is too much! It’s not worth it carrying all the bars in one hopper!
i do not regret to watched entire tas
After 999 ball returns, Ganon was finally ready to take on Link.
I cannot believe Elisa had that many tennis balls in her pocket
A TAS of the All Sports speedrun would be sweet to watch...
Yeah I wish one that got every platinum medal in training existed
this is what Jesus died for
NOPE
Malachy Croke Jesus never dies. He is always here to help us
This Channel Is Name shut up

Capano LOL
Capano guest c's arms must fell like their going to fall off
joeyvg07 The only problem is that he doesn't have any arms 8) lmao
Wow... I couldn't pass 30 when I played :P
I've were better at this before i could get over 100 back in the days i think i got something on 300 or 500 but now i suck at it
Joey Stablein I got to 77 when I was like 6 or 7
My highest was 80
If only Poofesure would get that many ball returns
Maybe if he lived an extra 300 years XD
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is what we call a "Wii Adict"
Wow, and yet I played for 5 years, my high score remains at 2...
she has to be like:"who is that guy!?" at the end
2:27 lol
As I said: The Wii Sports community is born! Thanks! I know a new way how to waste a life :D
This is a video that I need more of in my life. What happens if you get 256 points out of curiosity? Will the game give you 0 (instead of 231) at the end of it?
I think so, yes. I'm not 100% sure though.
Next video idea

Imagine if Poofesure saw this video
Man would just retire and give up
tasing the wall in practice on tennis could be interesting
that's on my list to do eventually, once my current projects are done :)
i legit thought this video would be from years ago nope it was uploaded yesterday
Back in the good old days
Good tas grim fav taser
I remember watching this at my nans. Hope she still remembers...
If I got to 100 my arms would've fell off
Proof Elisa is the most powerful Mii and needs to be stopped
If i got a pound for every time i got pissed of at this game mode XD
You earned the god medal
Asian parents: You can do better!
Watch me fu~king get it, you'll see. Playing tennis on the wii.

Project Overturn aka RareBeeph
I’ll try and tell you my results
It had already been tested. A 255 is the maximal score ! So, if you do 256, you'll get 0 !
Omg look what happened at 14:38
How do you TAS motion controls?
Longest home run possible?
thought of that, but it's super random. Also, someone has already gotten a near perfect 672 foot homerun, and I've never come close to that. However I haven't tried for very long
He told him that if he fumbled again that he'd never see the field.
I was half expecting the server to just machine gun fire the tennis balls
My man played wii tennis for 23 mins straight
you have to be doing without an actual wii-mote cause ur hand thingy isnt bobbing
23:14 He already done 999 pts.
23:15 1000
23:17 1001
23:18 1002
23:20 Oooh... he missed, I know 999 is the maximus but I've done the numbers in my head, Guest C (Maybe Grim) got 1002 pts.
I guess the 231 score is a glitch! Nobody was ever meant to get a higher score than 231?
MrBnsftrain nope. It’s simply due to the way the game was designed. This game uses a one byte integer for the point system, so any number above 255 sets it back to 0 due to an overflow
Game only let you have 231. Bullshit
It's the dumb 256 limit all over again. It's in SM64, Pacman, Donkey Kong, all the big games. What happens is it can only hold 256 incraments, so when it goes to 257, instead of 257 points, it's one point. So 999-256-256-256=231.
That 175th point was beautiful
Wow, how did I scrub EXACTLY to the 175th point?
14:25 nice save 😮
I note that if the ball bounces on the net on the return, it can stay in bounds. Is it possible for the ball to stop where there mii serving the ball bounces them? I notice that the balls on the ground knock into each other, which is surprising and neat
*returns 999 balls*
oh wait its 231 balls
Did anyone notice that?
What screen recorder what TV
Although It Is Capped At 999 The Actual Score Is 1,002
Wii is life
Unfortunately, guest records are not saved
didn't know you could speedrun this...
Jonathan Li This isn’t a speed run much more for consistency
Also I think it lasts forever
wow the first person that wins me in tennis
こんな得点初めて見ましたが、999点は、とても凄いです!🎉
よく頑張りました!
Is it possible two humans to actually complete this challenge?
A. Would they run out of energy?
B. Would the thrower run out of energy?
C. Would the racket break?
I’m certain they’d run outta energy, and btw, my record is 208 points, and I have a video as proof of my record.
@@dannyluo2077gg. thats nearly the max possible saved score of 255. you're close to max save score!
i can't believe i spent 23 whole minutes watching this
haha me too! but it's my game so I can't get tired of this
My record is 125 points on returning balls.
My record is 208 points, and I have a video as proof of my record.
was your arm sore the next day
Poofesure would be just toss his wii into a furnace if he look at this
4 days ago?!
am I the only one who watched the hole thing?
btw I would have quit at 20 :P
Tell me why I watched a TAS smack tennis balls for 24 minutes.
Ich freue mich darauf, Sie in meinem Kanal zu sehen
we gonna talk about how the score showed 231?
nice overflows
10:18 Blaze it
I mighttttttttt be able to get 500 if my wiimote would stop derping around
I thought Tennis ball amount was supposed to be three... She gets alot of those
Wii Sports Returning Balls 999... oh wait, 231
Poofesure: HOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW HE CAN DO THAT AND WHY ME NOT?! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Oh thus was probably made ages ago when people played wii.....
1 day ago *mind blown*
Roobster BOOOOOOOOOM
Roobster lots of people play the wii still
I got 117 and platinum but now I can't hit 20 lol
The ref lost count at the end
Umbilivable
Someone show this to poofesure😂
my wii controller is so bad that it sometimes decides to just not hit
Cursoring is a bit sloppy
Use frame advance and TAS input. The effect should be the cursor teleporting and pressing buttons on first frame
For the rest I don't know since I don't play this game
that probably would have looked more clean, but I didn't think about it when I started the recording.
999 hits, result is 231. Is this going by the 255 coin limit from Mario 64?
True Pixel Gamer Like most games
+Karlie Didn't Nintendo expect anyone to get more than 255 hits? I mean like, Nintendo should have known there were pros at the game.
True Pixel Gamer I'm.not Nintendo lol
I have.no.idea why they did that, maybe save size optimisation, go figure
True Pixel Gamer maybe the game cousht take that amount of point
I need to be taught by the TAS system
Platinum medal for sure.
Grim are you Dan's skeleton dog?
I Would Bet If Poofesure wanna do this challenge ASAP
You must of hit all the millimeters on the other side of the court
Imagine you got 998...
Sure, it's all a fun RUclips video until you have to play this guy lmao
