Never underestimate the power of prayer. By faith, you can go anywhere in intercession. The Lord will help you pick a place in the world, and give you the perfect prayer for the widows and orphans, the poor and needy, the hungry and the thirsty, the sick and in prison, and the disabled. :-). Pray for new births, baptisms in the Holy Spirit, sanctifications, visitations from the Lord Himself. He loves you immeasurably.
I have a disability so rare that most people never heard of it, so I can sympathize. But it helps me to be shut in with Jesus. Be of good courage. Our Redeemer lives!

Joni today I was doing my guided pray from my Holy Bible You Version AP. The verse on God's will was John 7:18 NIV Whoever speaks on their own does so to gain personal glory, but he who seeks the glory of the one who sent him is a man of truth; their is nothing false about him. We were then asked to spend a few moments asking God how you can apply this verse to your life. I read it and re read it and read it some more and asked God to show me how to seek the glory of the one who sent me. In other words how would I give glory to God, I mean he is so glorious, but that's what Jesus is telling me in this verse to do. And today I watched this video and He answered me through you!!!! What a blessing you are Joni! Thank you so much for this explanation on how to showcase God's glory! Thank you God for answering my prayer through this wonderful lady! God hears our prayers! Keep reading the Bible, keep praying always.❤
I start counseling tomorrow and the enemy wants me to think it's selfish to do so because I'm going to be processing some horrible things from my childhood which have caused trauma and confusion. But, God has been clear with me that not going is selfish. I would be holding the emotions in instead of working through them, which would be detrimental to my faith, myself, and others. So, I know God is leading me in this direction.
Dearest Joni, prolly more than a decade back you came to Bangalore, India along with you beloved husband. I made sure i was there in the auditorium. Cuz i would so much depend on your devotionals to limp my way forward. You dropped a diamond at that talk too: you said people have invisible disabilities, n it's easier to sweep them under the rug. Also you asked us, how does it feel for someone to everyday brush your teeth, groom your hair. And said it ain't easy. That's when i realized you need prayer to pull on too. There used to be times I'd be overcome with tears thinking if it was one of those hard days for you too, n just pray for you. Thanks for turning your disability into your very asset! don't give up, God is faithful. He knows how long you can bear this. He will relieve you of all the pain. Much love n many hugs to a beloved sister in Christ. Lotsa love to your dear husband Mr Tada n all on your team. (N I've learned to befriend my crutch over the years). From a man with an invisible disability.
