I think it's because back then when Vs. Bob was created, most characters just had instruments for voices, but now the popular thing is to record actual voices. If this isn't the intent then shame on the dev. (UH, I MEAN, SHAME ON THE DEVS?! THIS IS A WHOLE SCIENCE TEAM WORKING ON THIS MOD!)

Ok, time for my ron review on how he looks and sounds in the mod. His design is pretty good! 10/10, as long as he's recognizable as Ron, then I'm happy, how his vocals are, eh, solid 6/10 for me, i honestly see his voice for my head canon to sound a little bit like his vocals but slighty deep like, a good ten percent, which is why i give it a honest 6/10 for me. Other than that it's my favorite folder headed boi!
